 + -1 moreThey've had my mother's vacuum for weeks. When she calls they either say they can't find the vacuum or haven't done the estimate.

Description of Work: Nothing. I brought my Oreck vacuum in for service over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I called once and was told it would take 8-10 days for estimate. I am still waiting and without a vacuum.
