We have two safe and door hardware showrooms, one in North Naples and one in the City of Naples. Fantastic!
Description of Work: I had an entry door where the key would no longer work in the lock. I was able to make an appointment for service within 48 hours. The technician Craig showed up on time. He was very professional and took care of my job in no time. He changed the lock on two doors and also made me four new keys. GREAT JOB CRAIG. Absolutely a great company with great service.

yes the guy did repair it.......
Description of Work: a brand new front door lock that I bought from them and that they installed in Jan of this year suddenly stopped working today Oct 14....one of their better locks as they told me when they installed it.... came out to repair it and charged me an additional $100.00 to fix it ... not even 30 min work, but beside the point... 9 months and a brand new lock goes bad? will never use them again EVER!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with having to pay for emergency weekend service. The reason we charged $100 was because you wanted us to send someone out on the weekend for an after-hours emergency service call. After speaking with the technician the problem with the lock is that there was dirt and debris inside the cylinder, it is possible that Hurricane Irma's driving winds and rains blew debris into the cylinder as we have noticed this has happened with many other locks across the Naples area after the storm. After our technician sprayed the lock with lock cleaner, it worked perfectly. No other repairs to the lock were necessary or made. I hope you will give "A" Locksmith another chance.
