Owned by a former police officer, the security of each “A” Locksmith customer is our #1 concern. Each carefully chosen employee has been fully background checked and must adhere to the strictest standards of ethics and professionalism while focusing on the highest levels of customer service. We have two safe and door hardware showrooms, one in North Naples and one in the City of Naples. "A" Locksmith is the oldest locksmith company in Collier County and has been Keeping Naples Safe for over 45 years. We are Accredited by the BBB with an A+ rating. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. We do offer free quotes over the phone, but clearly we failed to adequately communicate that in this instance. Our technician arrived at your home ready to do the work, but then you said you only wanted a quote and had multiple locksmiths come out and do competing quotes. He did in fact repair a lock for you while he was there, only charging you our standard minimum. If you have not yet had the quoted work completed, I hope you will call our shop, we will deduct our service call charge from your next service. I hope you will give us another chance in the future and thank you for the A's for responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism!
