He did a very nice job and I have no complaints about it at all. He was very helpful and very cooperative. It was kind of a difficult job, but he did it very nicely. He cleaned up after himself and we were completely satisfied with him. He was very pleasant, professional, and very nice to work with. He told us in advance what he was going to do and what it was going to cost. When he was finished, everything looked exactly the way we wanted it to.

A+ Construction is excellent contractor that provided the look, the materials, the fit and finishes that we were wanted. The quality of the work was excellent, and the work was done according to the schedule that we agreed upon. Because we were remodeling a 30 plus year old concrete house, intricate updates were creatively met with the result being aesthetically pleasing. The results, particularly the marble flooring and quartz countertops, are beautiful. A+ Construction provides good communications skills, prompt contact exchange & an excellent overall comprehensive approach to remodeling including permits and inspections. Al's work exceeds expectations.

Dealing with A+ Construction and Al Nazarko was a pleasure. Al took us shopping and helped tremendously in selection of appliances,granite, doors, hardware, tile, designing bathrooms and kitchen. Much of the work was done when we were traveling. Al sent us photos and spoke to us often to keep us up to date. His European trained craftsmen were very neat and tidy as well as organized. Without hesitation we would use this company again and most heartily recommend them.

We discovered that we had severe wall damage to our home, and Al was very prompt upon first contact and remained extremely responsive, supportive, and understanding throughout the entire insurance and construction process. We were comforted to know that if we had a question or concern that Al was only a phone call away, 7 days a week. He and his crew are very professional, thorough, and efficient. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and the invaluable guidance they were able to provide through the insurance process. The paint, drywall, floors, stucco, electrical, and plumbing are all impeccable and even professional inspectors have commented on the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend their services and are already using this company again for another project. We are so grateful to have found them on Angie's List!

We saw A+1 construction on Angie's list and called them. Al Nazarko called and we set up appointment for evaluation. He was most helpful and knowledgeable and extremely efficient in handling matters concerning our insurance company. We had everything worked out quite quickly which impressed us since dealing with insurance companies can be tedious. His staff started right away and I can't complain about a thing. They were good at what they did and everything just flowed without any problems We liked their work so much we asked them to replace the sink in our kitchen because it was too small and also had them seal our lanai. We would not hesitate to call again should we need anything else and have recommended them to others who have asked for contractors.

Very professional and prompt

Al was punctual for the appointment. However, he only gave us price ranges for kitchen and bathrooms. In order to compare we needed something more specific. His prices were at least 25% more than some of the other contractors.

So far, they have been so good but I have not even committed to doing anything with them yet. My overall experience with them has been very good. They were very professional and they seemed very well qualified. They understand what they are doing and I think that their prices are a little on the higher side but fair. I had the feeling that you will get what you pay for with them. It is hard to find people down here in this area that can do cork flooring and that know how to do it and they know what they are doing. I am 99% sure that I am going to use them but I have not actually used them yet.

I had no issues scheduling and they were pleasant. They reel you in for the deal but they were unable to do some of the things I needed them to do including installing a dimmer switch for my chandelier. They ended up doing some grouting work around my bathtub and baseboards and hung pictures. I was upset that they were unable to do some of the things that a licensed contractor should be able to do. There would have been additional fees for anything that was more than what a basic handyman can do.

My experience with them was very good.

Shower tiles started to fall out due to age. City does not allow emergency repair work permits, so we had to wait 8 weeks for our permit. Sharing one bathroom/shower/toilet between 3 teenage girls, an adult woman, and an adult male. It was very annoyiing. Thankfully, the work was started the day after we received the permit. It took about a week. We had the old tile and concrete board removed. The plumbing was very well done the first time around, so there were no major issues. The floor of the shower was re-done to allow a slightly better slope towards the drain and the tiles were replaced. It would have gone a lot faster, but the four separate city inspections(For a shower re-do) held things up. The workers were responsive, quick, and skilled. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Aside from the price, everything was much better than asked for. I was happy to pay the price because we got value for the money. However, if it were not an emergency, I'd get a few more quotes and references. If it's an emergency and/or you want it done right for sure with no worries, then these are your guys. You'll just pay for the lack of worry with more money.

During the painting process his painters applied tape to the windows to prevent spray from adhering to the glass. When the tape was removed his painters used puddy knives to scrape the paint off the glass an scrached the glass quite extensively. The cost of replacing the glass was prohibitive, and would have cost the contract a lot fo money so he offered to paint our dock as a consolation, which we accepted. The whole job was overpriced.

A+ Construction has always done great work. They are reliable and dependable-their follow through is very good. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their finish work is top notch. We have been very happy with them and would highly recommend them to others.

What started our as a modest three window and front door replacement became a much larger project due to the type and quality of suggestions made by Al Nazarko. He and his team are very professional, responsive and did quality work in all areas. His suggestions for paint color and attention to details resulted in improvements that excceded our expections. Since completion of the work, I have had them out to respond to a few questions and will invite them back for any additional work that we would like completed. With quality work and service a challenge to find, we would recommend Al and A+ Construction!

I contacted A+ Construction to get a quote on doing several projects inside our home. Al, the owner of the company responded quickly and stopped by the next day to see what needed done. During his time at our house Al found multiple flaws in the established scope of our projects and offered us several invaluable insights into the direction of our projects that not only ended up changing the entire scope of the improvements, but greatly reduced the costs involved. Of course, Al's insights ultimately means\ less money in his pocket but, he made it clear he was only interested in creating the best results for us. Though I can't currently speak of A+ Construction's final results I can report that Al and his company seem to be a real class act that puts their customers (and potential customers) first. It also makes me wonder why the other contractors we had used didn't point out these insights into savings with better results from the beginning. I'll feel comfortable working with A+ Construction in the future.

I just bought an 1,100 square foot home and needed some work done. I called Al to set up a date and time when he could come to the property and give me an estimate for the bathroom and kitchen. Al was 40 minutes late to the appointment and didn't have anything with him. I continued to ask him how his estimates work, if he emails them ext. and he told me he wouldn't do one. He said he wouldn't spend all his time working up an estimate without getting $5,000 first. It states on Angies list that he does free estimates! He also said that the $5,000 is not refundable but would go towards the work if I decided to go with his company! I am not paying $5,000 for an estimate that would surly be overpriced anyway! I have never met a company like this before. He obviously doesn't care very much about the customer and more about the dollar amount. I asked him to just give me a ball park for the kitchen to see where he stands. The kitchen is 30 lineal feet and he tells me that it would cost $25,000! Give me a break! My bathroom is 35 square feet and he tells me $10,000! He also said for him to do the whole house it would cost $130,000; roof, bathroom, kitchen, flooring, painting ext. I didn't even pay that much for the house! It's a tiny little 1,100 square foot home!! I don't know if Al saw me as a 21 year old single girl who he thought he could pull one over on or what, but he is dreaming with those prices and he should be ashamed of himself! I would never hire a company like this and I will make sure anyone who asks knows what kind of company Al runs.

Al and his team did a phenomenal job on our two totally new bathrooms. We were awed by the beauty and quality of the job which did include all the selections of fixtures,tile and granite that my wife and I selected. Al has a very keen eye for style and matching and his advice was always helpful in the process. We were afraid of the mess with the demoltion and the installation of everything new, but they were very careful to cover everything in the condo and close off areas not part of the construction zone. We now have the nicest bathrooms in our condo complex and can't wait to show them off. We hired Al last year for a smaller kitchen project and were totally glad that we used him again for this much bigger project. I hope he gets some additional business from other owners in our complex based on our recommendations. We will definitely use him again in the future when we update our flooring in our main living space.

The code was fine. We actually used them once before. He is very responsive. I was happy to see all the review that he had. I had a good experience. We talked to some other people but they were very competitive. I know the guy because he had worked for me before. He does the job. I called him once and he did not answer the voice mail. He already called me back before I gave the voice mail message. He has been great.

Al is an experienced professional. We found him on Angie's List, and after meeting him we were sure he was the guy we wanted to work with. Al listened carefully to what we wanted. Once he had a clear understanding of what we were looking for, he offered his own suggestions. After much give and take, we decided on the work to be done, and Al prepared a detailed list of the work items with an estimated cost for each work item. For example: "remove existing kitchen cabinets - install new 36" cabinets with solid wood doors and 5/8 plywood framing - $15,000." For each work item, he was careful to identify the grade/quality/level of the major item involved. For example, with the cabinets, the $15,000 job assumed a mid-level or standard grade of cabinet - solid wood doors, soft-closures, etc. It was clearly understood that if we opted for a better quality item - i.e. cherry cabinets - we would have to pay the increased cost. The amount he charged for his work was based on this initial cost estimate, and turned out to be about 15% of the total cost. We cannot recommend Al highly enough. His own crews, as well as his subcontractors, were skilled and courteous. The work site was cleaned up every day, and his people were more than ready to respond to little requests from us. The only work on the entire project that was performed in an unsatisfactory manner was redone at no cost to us. And unlike most contrators who want to get through the punch list as quickly as possible with a minimum amount of effort, Al was committed to staying wityh the job until we were totally satisfied with everything.

Cost of this project was in excess of $ 100,000 and it was completed in a short three months period of time with absolutely no difficulties and I recommend A + for others in Collier County.

I called this company twice for a quote and never came to my house or even got the time to respond my call, would not do business with this company

A+ Construction Group Inc. are fine. They do a good job. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. If I called them, they called back right away. They didn't overcharge me. The owner was extremely professional.

They were very professional but I have already hired my own contractor and managed everything myself for half the price. They followed through and their quotes were professional. They were very responsive and on-time.

Please note that this work was not done by A+ Construction Group. That company was not willing to take responsibility for installing a safe.

Al gave us a very detailed quote of the work to be done and went over it all with us. He also gave us good ideas on ways to improve what we wanted to do. His workers put in long hours 5 - 7 days a week, depending on what needed to be done, to finish in a timely fashion. Al himself was always available and responded quickly with any questions or concerns we had...even on a Sunday! Throughout the project, his concern was that we were happy and satisfied. Work was completed on time and we are very happy with the end result! :)
