+ -1 moreI spoke with one of 41 West's employees several times & he toured our property for remodeling. The last contact I had with him was an email saying he had some ideas on how the remodeling process could go very smoothly. I left several voicemails & sent several emails asking him to meet us at the property with our decorator. I heard nothing from him. I even gave him an opportunity to get out of the situation gracefully by asking him to let me know if this wasn't the type of project their firm took on or if he was too busy to take on the project. I heard nothing.
Description of Work: 41 West toured our property for remodeling.

Description of Work: I had a rounded door opening and wanted a French Door installed. This was a small project but offered me a window into their services and i would hire them repeatedly.

+ -1 moreThey sent someone out for one visit. When I asked for a follow-up bid, all I got was a phone call saying they wouldn't do a bid. It didn't progress further than what is detailed above.
Description of Work: This company didn't seem interested in doing business. I had narrowed my search down to two contractors and was asking for a more detailed bid. The other contractor didn't have a problem providing it, but 41 West said they'd charge me $500 for a plan. I cannot go with a company that only provides an estimate for work. Needless to say, I went with the other contractor. I will not be contacting 41 West again.

+ 3 moreOur experience with 41 West was excellent. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project. Their design staff, skilled tradesmen, and helpers were all well trained and a pleasure to work with. Building our home was a great experience and we were able to watch the entire process since we lived 4 homes away during construction. The company exhibited the highest level of integrity and character in all of our dealings. Their invoicing was exact and they did everything they said they would do and more. We would have 41 West work for us again in the future and we highly recommend them. When it came time to sell our home, we were able to sell quickly and get the highest price because of the obvious quality of the home.
Description of Work: 41 West designed and built our custom home in Naples. 4,800 square feet, Mediterranean style 5 Br, 5.5 Baths, pool, spa, gourmet custom kitchen, and oudoor kitchen.
