Great service, very profesional. Rugs look like brand new

It went wonderful. I can't say enough. This rug was given to me. I knew it was dirty and smelled of smoke. They had to wash it 4 times to get all the dirt out. It look awesome now and smells good.

Wonderful! The young man came the very next day, picked up the carpet explained all my options. He was extremely knowledgeable. I called to have the rug back early and he went out of his way to make sure that it was returned before my guests arrived. The rug is soft and beautiful again. I will absolutely use this company again.

Aharon showed up to assess the carpets, explain the process and provide an estimate. It was obvious that he had extensive knowledge in the area and was committed to providing a quality process. In addition to cleaning, more appropriate padding was suggested. The price was not cheap, but the end result was worth it. The rugs were picked up and delivered promptly along with the newly installed padding. This company is a professional and efficient operation.

They were promptly picked up & returned when promised. Aharon & his helper personally placed them in my living room & dining room. They moved the dining table & chairs & placed the rug in the exact center of the room. I would definitely hire them again if necessary. Thanks again!

Aharon Ladin from Antique Rug Cleaning responded to my call & came to provide an estimate less than 24 hours later during very busy post Hurricane Irma. He is knowledgeable, professional & knows Persian rugs. He was forthcoming that due to inordinate volume of work, the job would take @ least 2 months. Today he delivered my Mom’s prized Persian Rug, water damaged by Irma, in perfect order & beautifully restored. I highly recommend this establishment; it is not inexpensive, when you have something of value, it is best to pay for expert work.

Beautifully done work and in a timely manner. The rugs in question were severely damaged and we feared that they were beyond restoration. We could not have been more wrong. They are more vibrant and beautiful than ever. We are so pleased we have contracted to clean and restore three addtional rugs and will be sending a fourth later this year. They are craftsmen who take a great deal of pride in their craft. We are delighted we found them.

When I first contacted Antique Rug Cleaning, the owner Aaron, who answers the phone, was extremely responsive. He came to my house within two days to provide an estimate and was on time. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable about rugs, as his family has been in the rug business for three generations. The price was competitive with other companies I had received quotes from and they pick-up/deliver your rug to your home. The rug came back looking great! The only thing that prevented me from giving them excellent across the rating scale, was there punctuality, They indicated it would take 5 - 8 days to complete my rug, as they were extremely busy because of Hurricane Irma. After about two weeks, I had to call the company to ask about the status of my rug. They informed me it was ready and we scheduled the drop-off the following Saturday. They were supposed to arrive between 10-12 pm. I received a call at 12 pm indicating they would be an hour late. They did show up an hour later. It was minor and I would certainly use them again.

It went very well, they picked up the rug and in a couple weeks returned it to my home. It was cleaned by hand. It smells great and all stains are now gone. Went so well that I gave them a second shag rug to clean.

I could not be happier with the experience I have had with Antique Rug Cleaning! After reading the reviews on Angie's list, I entrusted Aharon with a large Persian rug that I had inherited from my grandmother. PIck-up was right on time. Aharon identified the rug as a Tabriz and recommended replacing the fringe, which is completely worn off, and also binding the sides. I decided to get the cleaning done first and to hold off on the repairs for now, since it was too costly for me to get everything done at once. The rug was delivered today, after only one week, and it looks absolutely beautiful!! They even hand- serged the corners to keep it from fraying, for no extra charge. I also just have to say that I was a little surprised when I first met Aharon as he is much younger than I expected but so professional, knowledgeable and very personable!

I had no clue where to start looking for someone who could clean my grandmothers persian rug but I saw Aharon's business ranked number one in the area with a flawless score and I thought to myself "I have to give this guy a try". Needless to say, Aharon is an outstanding guy and not only did a splendid job reviving this rug which needed much attention and the result is a night and day comparison. This rug had cats and dogs pee in it for a long time and I didn't think the stench would ever leave but I'm very happy to say it looks and smells like new. Aside from his very professional work, Aharon has also been very kind and helpful and it has been a pleasure working with him as he promptly replies to messages and is very dilligent when getting the job done. I would highly recommend anyone who cares about restoring ancient rugs and getting excellent customer service to hire Aharon and his wife!

Aharon is friendly and outgoing. Since the location is just off the main highway, Aharon stayed on the phone with me to make sure I found my way to the shop behind the warehouses. He showed me how the rugs were cleaned and what I could expect. My rug came back looking amazing. I would would bring my rugs bag to Antique Rug Cleaning.

I had three India handmade wool/persian area rugs that I had purchased less than a year ago. During this time, my blind 18 year old miniature poodle had "accidents" on all three. I wanted them sanitized and smelling good again after she passed away. I googled many rug cleaning companies who specialized in handmade wool rugs and then read their reviews. I called several places and ended up selecting Antique Rug Cleaning Repair & Restoration. Aharon came out the very next day and gave me an estimate. He also suggested adding pads underneath the rugs to prevent future damage. He was extremely knowledgable about all of the rugs. This is a family owned business passed down from several generations. I selected them as they only specialized in rug cleaning, restoration and repair. I only wanted a company whose sole expertise was in cleaning rugs. I knew that I could trust my rugs with Aharon. All three rugs were returned looking like the day I purchased them, fresh smelling and pet odor free. The pads were an excellent addition to maintaining the longevity of my rugs too. I will always call Antique Rug Cleaning Repair & Restoration company for any future needs that I may have. They are an excellent company to deal with.

Went from a mess to absolutely spotless!

I had my oriental rug cleaned and received it back today. I'm extremely pleased with the result. It's bright and it smells clean and it looks perfect. Aharon was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My rug is not an antique so don't think it needs to be to use their services. I highly recommend Antique Rug Cleaning and Aharon.

We had a flood in our condo while we were out of town. Our silk turkish area rugs, that we purchased years ago while on vacation in Turkey, were damaged from both the standing water and resulting mildew. With the water stains, what had become a crusty surface, the smell and the loss of color, we assumed these rugs were damaged beyond repair. Aharon came out to assess and assured us he could restore the rugs back to their original condition. Antique Rug Cleaning came through exceeding our expectations. The rugs looked and felt brand new. The surface was smooth and silky again and the colors had their original vibrancy. We were not only extremely happy with the results of their work/the final product, but with the experience we had working with Aharon. He is professional, knowledgable, reasonable, accommodating, responsive and trustworthy. Aharon went above and beyond for us in so many ways. Aharon was very professional. He arrived on time, guided us trough the whole process and steps for cleaning the rugs. The rugs now look beautiful, no yellow spots, colors are vibrant. Excellent job! It can be pricey but rugs are expensive as well. We wanted to be sure that the job was well done, that's why we hire him after reading reviews on Angie's list. We are very happy with how the rugs look now.
