When I hadn’t heard back the next day, I called and left a message asking them to call me. They unceremoniously cancelled my order via email with absolutely no explanation. On top of that, the $3000 that took them about 10 seconds to take off my Visa card is now going to take 10 business days to be refunded. Such disappointing “service” if you can even call it that."
