Couldn't have had better experience from initial call I made to finished installation. Absolute no hassle process. Technical advise simple and to the point. No overselling, no pressure and fair pricing on both equipment, warranty extended and maintenance. Jon Constanzer, the owner, is a pleasure working with and seems to be rare old school business owner where "a handshake is my contract". The 2 installers were true professionals, fast, knowledgeable, no mistakes guys. Left the garage cleaner than it was before....actually wasn't too bad. Would and will definitely recommend this company for any A/C work.

Owner was very nice, explained what he was doing. Told me out ultra violet light was out and mold was forming on the old light. He explained the need for the light. He tried to find a replacement bulb but they are no longer making that particular bulb. Explained situation and we authorized him to install new light system.

John contacted me promptly and we were able to set up a service visit immediately. 7th Generation knows their trade well and did quality work. Prompt, professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend 7th Generation and I would use them again.

Purchased a deal thru Angies List and Jon (the owner) showed up on time and sanitized and cleaned the air handler. Jon also cleaned out the drip pan and unclogged the drain line and that was not even part of the deal. Jon was professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend 7th Generation A/C and will use him in the future.

This company was very focused on staying in touch with me and since I do live at another site, this was important. He was very thorough in his examination of both pieces of my equipment. The unit is only 5 years old and I would like to keep it solid plus he seemed fair in his suggestions. I even purchased an ultraviolet light which he installed in my air handler to combat the apparent mold and mildews forming on the various parts of the unit. Unfortunately, the tech had to make plans to return another day; repairs are not yet accomplished. All he arrived to do is completed and more however, he did not have enough freon in his inventory to complete the recharging he found it needed. He had training today and I expect him to return with freon in the morning. Given it had only been less than 2 weeks since the installing company had made a significant repair on this system, his having noted their unfound secondary problem was appreciated greatly.

Had an unusual problem with an American Standard (Trane) air conditioner; this unit is only 3 years old. I called 7th Generation out to do maintenance that should have cost only $69 (Special thru Angie). But when he got here he found that our coil had a break and was leaking; it had dripped all over inside of unit.. Unit had seemed to be running ok prior, so we never noticed a problem. Unit was still under manufacturers warranty for parts but not for labor. We ended up paying for labor to replace the coil, almost $600, but after installation the air conditioner still was not working properly, so they replaced the two sensors, thinking that the oil had done some damage. Unfortunately, it took almost three weeks to get the unit to work and stay working. 7th Generation was absolutely great with their care and customer service. He came out within an hour or two of my calling him day and night, which is why I give them an A+++++ for service. Unfortunately, I believe that the American Standard (owned by Trane) Air Conditioner was/is an inferior or defective unit! 7th Generation had to almost remake it from inside out - tough job! By the way, I was VERY unhappy with the Trane Manufacturer, though they spoke to the service man to help with repairs, you would think that after a week and a half, but especially after two weeks of this unit still not working, they would have sent someone out to help!

Unit was low on refrigerant so was not cooling. unit had a leak & needed a new filter dryer. It was a holiday weekend, Labor Day, so Jon (owner) got the unit working & promised to return Monday to replace defective part because he didn't have one & it was 8pm. He arrived on Monday (the holiday) replaced the part, cleaned the entire unit, installed a UV light to prevent mold, & checked that the system was working properly. Jon Constanzer ( owner ) is a fine young man, honest & reliable. We feel fortunate to have found a serviceman of such high caliber & trustworthiness. We could not be more pleased with the service provided & would not hesitate to recommend him & his company to anyone needing HVAC service.

My wife and I had noticed a slight mildew smell coming from the air vents when the system came on so we decided it was time for a cleaning. After searching we decided to call 7th Generation A/C to do the job. We could not be more Satisfied ! Jon came out and sanitized my entire A/C system! Yes I'm talking about coils,grills,duct work! He was willing to answer any questions I had and was very pleasant. Some service companies just want to get in and get out without speaking a word. Jon was very professional and friendly at the same time. I promise you will be happy with this company.
