Description of Work: Exceptional customer service, all appointments kept as promised. We hired 7th Generation to do a replacement package unit on our home. They showed up on time with everything they needed for install. We asked them while they were here to do more than originally quoted (replace the duct work). They gladly replaced it as requested at a fair and reasonable cost. I would recommend 7th Generation to my Friends & Family. Quality equipment installed at a fair price and extreme professionalism shown by John the owner and his assistant.

Description of Work: John at 7th Generation gave us a great price on a UV Germicidal Bio Fighter light for our AC. Besides doing a great installation for us, he also gave us a lot of information on our current AC unit, which we really appreciated!

Description of Work: Hired them through an angieslist special. I thought I was getting an air duct cleaning for $179, turns out it was a disinfection. Not sure how one disinfects w/o cleaning first, but the cleaning was an additional $600 more for 27 vents. The cleaning was originally going to be $810, but the owner, who pretended to not be the owner, wisely lowered the price. The entire job took about 4 person hours. As far as I can tell they did a decent job cleaning the ducts in the main part of the home, however I still saw a good amount of dust in the AC unit immediately preceding the air filter. All in all I feel like I got hustled.

Description of Work: Cleaned A/C and air handler as well as sanitized the duct work. Very Honest, appreciate that, took time to explain what he was doing and why. I got an education. He made one suggestion, and I knew he was 100% right.....and he was. They cut out the cooling coil which,I could then see, was clogged with dust and dog hair, from previous owner. I believe the small amount I spent will save large amounts going forward. Highly recommend, again....upfront, straightforward and above all honest..
