Description of Work: They provided a written/emailed estimate to install insulation in my attic, which I attempted to accept. I asked for installation on a certain day - 2 weeks in the future - and put this request in emails (3 times). They would not put me on the schedule until duct work was repaired. I told them when that was to occur (twice), yet they still refused to put me on their schedule. I all but begged to have them do the work, with no results. Then they blamed the problem on a 'miscommunication.' Seriously, what about a clear, written request made multiple times was not understood? I did some of the work myself and will seek the help of handy neighbors.

Description of Work: I used Davidson Insulation & Acoustic to install loose-fill insulation up in our attic.
