We hired Robert to help us with a master bathroom remodel. He moved a water and drain line, removed an old shower faucet, installed a freestanding tub and faucet along with a new shower faucet and toilet. Robert was incredibly kind, honest and clean. He was always on time, or early, to appointments and communicated with us through the whole process. His quote came in lower than two other “big” companies but his work was extremely high quality. We are so fortunate to have found him and will never hire anyone else for our plumbing needs. I HIGHLY recommend Robert with Linville Plumbing!

Went great. Robert replaced both hoses because there were very old. No more leak. Easy to schedule. He was on time. Reasonable rate. Performed the repair quickly. He also checked the toilet supply line which was fine. Used Robert for a previous service and it went great too. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

Robert replaced water heater, shutoff valve, drip pan, hauled off old water heater, etc. all for a very reasonable price. Karla (office) was very pleasant and accommodating for scheduling the appointment. Plumber was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and neat. Even remove a couple of wood frame pieces and secured them back when finished. My brother used Linville Plumbing three times in the past and was very satisfied too. Am very pleased and definitely recommend Linville Plumbing and will use again.

Excellent job. It took Robert two days to complete the job. Very professional. Explained every action. He went to extra efforts to make the house look original.

(I'm a tenant, not a landlord * cost of services provided is unknown due to rental agency contracted services) HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINVILLE PLUMBING! Robert Linville has been to my rental home several times in past 4 years, each time for a different plumbing related problem. His office is always good about taking and returning my calls in a timely manner, and calling to let me know about appointment times and if there's any changes or delays. Linville Plumbing service calls to my residence over a four year time-span: Twice for sewage line problems: first one required cleaning out the line at bathroom entry due to roots ingrown into the flooring causing flooding; second time was due to roots from the Clean Out to about 50 feet out from house under large oak causing backup drainage problem backing up into tubs and sinks (during the 2013 Seffner Sinkholes time period - yes, at first I was afraid it was related! So glad it wasn't!). Twice for Toilet repair: first time replacing floater mechanism; second time replacing toilet flush handle Once for leaking Kitchen Sink faucet replacement - not only replaced existing faucet, but found one in the same price range that included a spray hose (previous one did NOT!) Once to replace a leaking cold water Washer Hookup faucet. Each and every time, Robert's professionalism and expertise has been phenomenal ... and if he says he's going to do something, he not only does it, he does it right! Considering the number of times I've called to ask for plumbing repairs, Robert has always been very courteous, never losing sight of the fact that I am not just a customer, but a member of his community, even if I'm not the one paying the bills for his service calls to my residence.

Robert and Wayne are obviously old friends and they really worked well together! The jobs were completed with professionalism and attention to detail. Fixtures that were removed were discarded and any holes in the cabinets were covered over with escutheon covers or filled in with expanding foam sealant. I would recommend Robert Linville Plumbing to others for a professionally handled job with great customer satisfaction! Since they spent the entire day here working, they split the costs down the middle which we all felt was fair. Everything they did was performed to comply with Hillsborough County Codes.

I know they do a good job. He's very professional and prompt every time we use them. He's very courteous and his prices are reasonable.

I own lots of rental properties so I always call him for plumbing work. He is just so timely in responding to me, his prices are always very reasonable and I just never have problems with him. He does his work, does a good job and his prices are good. He is just a nice person. He is the kind of person I feel very comfortable having him go in to one of my rental homes with tenants and that's important to me. I don't like just sending anybody over there. He is just very reliable, very good and very professional. I would absolutely use him again in future.

He does excellent work but is unreliable. If he says he will be there in the morning he usually will not show up unless it is an emergency. He was supposed to return to fix a problem that occurred in the attic but after numerous times of being told that he'll be there shortly and waiting around for days, the work has never been completed.

They are very friendly. He actually took time out to speak to my young son.

They don't seem to be very professional.

The work was completed in three days, then he returned to finish the shower after the tile work was done. The design of the house presented a problem in getting the pipes to the kitchen and he was able to solve this. Mr. Linville was polite and professional. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

I had several other jobs for him to do when he came out, but after he repaired the toilet, he rushed off and said he would call me back, and never did. Later the toilet started leaking again.

Great! This happened on a Saturday morning, I called, and Mr. Linville came to the property. He quoted a price of $150 or more on the phone, and only charged $95.00. He was getting ready to go to a wedding and still took the time to come and help me out. Also, he quoted me a price of only $500 to fix the collapsed drain line where Roto-Rooter quoted $3500. I would call Mr. Linville again for any and all plumbing needs.

It went great. I called him Monday and set appt. up for Tues at 9am. He was right on time. No problems at all.

Robert responded quickly, arrived early, was professional, pleasant, neat, creative at problem-solving, and took care of the problems (including one I caused by trying to do-it-myself) in short order and at a very reasonable rate, as he has during his prior visits.

I called Mr. Linville at 12pm on Sat 18th 2006. He said he was in the middle of a re-pipe but took my phone number and said he would call back in about 2 hours when he was at a stopping point. I waited 3.5 hours and called him back and had to leave a voice mail message with my phone number. I called back in another hour and got his voice mail again. Mr. Linville never called back. I had to contact another plumber.

The guy came to our home and gave an estimate. It sounded good, but he was a no show. He broke his appointment with us and never called. So, we called him, and he still didn't come after promising to. That is not professional!

My tenant called frantically that both toilets in the house were overflowing and didn't work but neither of us could figure out why. Linville Plumbing was extremely prompt. He immediately connected with my tenant and set an appointment. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on and advised when it was completed. This would have been $95 but I got a $10 Angie's list discount as he states on profile page. I definitely will use Linville Plumbing Service again.

Robert was more than punctual, he actually called to see if he could come a little early. He worked quickly and cleanly. I plan on calling him first, for all my plumbing emergencies.

Professional work at a fair price. Robert Linville was very professional, removed the existing 75 gallon water heater, and installed the new 50 gallon high efficiency system. Robert and his assistant worked diligently and professionally. They even removed their shoes (at my request) before entering my home to repair the shower. I would recommend Robert to anyone. In fact, I recommended him to my manager at work!

The plumber was on time, friendly, and very effective. I was pleased.
