Everything went really well. They arrived within a short period of time. The area that held the bags was left clean and in good condition. We added a few additional items to the work order and that was taken care of with only a modest increase in the quoted price. Overall it was a really nice experience and we will be using 5 Star Sanitation again in the future.

Ken and his team did an awesome job. They were very professional, responsive, and accommodating. Our house was unsalvageable after Helene, he was able to come in demolish the home and haul it away before Milton arrived. All debris was removed and I now have a clean slate. Can’t say enough about Ken and his crew. Our home was flooded during hurricane Helene. I called Ken amongst other dumpster service companies. He was the most affordable, kind and got us our dumpster on location two days earlier than anyone else. This is the only service that I will deal with moving forward for removal or dumpster service. If I could leave six stars I would.

Ken(owner) was wonderful to work with -- our Condominium complex was in dire need of a dumpster cleanup due to compactor failure from Hurricane Helene. Ken's team worked late into the night to have all the accumulated trash hauled away the same day we called for service. The process went absolutely smoothly and I would highly recommend. They took the time to put wood on my grass before dropping the dumpster so just in case it hit the grass (it never got close) so I definitely recommend!
