I had so much stuff that accumulated over the 30 years of living here, then code enforcement came calling. I spoke to Ken, the owner of 5 star sanitation, He worked with me, giving me double the time to have the dumpster than other rentals, and his price was even better than the others. The dumpster arrived on time and was put exactly where I wanted it to be, which made my job easier. I am very pleased with the outcome. Plus I got a 30 yard truck when others were only renting out a 20 yard for the same price . If I'm ever in need of a dumpster rental again , 5 star sanitation is the one to call...

I found Five Star Sanitation on Angie's List back in February and wanted to inquire about services. Mr Ken was the first to reply and was extremely helpful and pleasant! He explained all of the services he offered and explained the fees, drop off, and pickup details. I explained to him that I wasn't ready and that I planned to check around for other pricing and he was so humble and honorable by advising me that when I was ready, he'd be ready too! That alone sold me! I contacted him again yesterday to let him know that I was in fact ready!! And the dumpster was delivered this morning!! On time and he was even there to introduce himself! Unfortunately I wasn't home but we spoke through the Ring camera! 20 mins later his driver was dropping off the dumpster! Five Star Sanitation is Fast, Reliable, Efficient, and Pleasant! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!! 🙏🏽 Thank you Kenny for an amazing experience!

I found this company online because i wanted to help my daughter and her husband to clean their house garage because over the years they acummulate a lot of stuff. The owner Ken was amazing he reach out quick. i send him a picture, he gave me and amazing quote and we set for the date. The employees arrive at the house on time, they were really professional,work very quick and they even clean the garage after they were done. My experience was awesome and i will recommend them 100% and if i need to i will used their service again in the future.

I was in the search for a company to remove the unwanted furniture I owned due to moving from a house to an apartment, but the prices of the companies I was finding were super unreasonable. Then, I found Five Star Sanitation via internet. As soon as I entered and submitted some information, I received a text from Ken, the company owner, to schedule a time to discuss the furniture I needed to remove. When we spoke on the phone, Ken was really nice with a friendly tone of voice, and very professional with an excellent customer service. He provided information about his company, what they do and the years he’s been on business. Then we talk about prices and he even gave me an advice on how to shop for a junk removal company to find the best price for future reference. On that moment I felt that he is an honest person I can trust as well as his business. The price he quote me was extremely reasonable for all the items I needed to get rid off since I am moving to a smaller place. The very next day, 2 of his employees came to remove all the items we discussed, and they even removed few more items. They were very professional, respectful, and caring. Ken, his company and employees gave me a peace of mind and I am so grateful for all of them.
