Owner met me in a public location so I could pay in cash in advance which was important as a widow that's older. Delivery driver was very polite & friendly. Had to order a 2nd dumpster & Owner responded immediately. Will definitely use again!

Great! They delivered the dumpster as requested and on time. Because the size I requested wasn't available, dumpster was upsized at no charge and delivered two days early at no charge!

Removal went well. Five Star worked with me due to weather conditions. He gave me a fare price for removal. All items were removed and removed appliance off my the porch. Very satisfied and would reach out to him again.

I found Five Star Sanitation on Angie's List back in February and wanted to inquire about services. Mr Ken was the first to reply and was extremely helpful and pleasant! He explained all of the services he offered and explained the fees, drop off, and pickup details. I explained to him that I wasn't ready and that I planned to check around for other pricing and he was so humble and honorable by advising me that when I was ready, he'd be ready too! That alone sold me! I contacted him again yesterday to let him know that I was in fact ready!! And the dumpster was delivered this morning!! On time and he was even there to introduce himself! Unfortunately I wasn't home but we spoke through the Ring camera! 20 mins later his driver was dropping off the dumpster! Five Star Sanitation is Fast, Reliable, Efficient, and Pleasant! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!! 🙏🏽 Thank you Kenny for an amazing experience!

I had so much stuff that accumulated over the 30 years of living here, then code enforcement came calling. I spoke to Ken, the owner of 5 star sanitation, He worked with me, giving me double the time to have the dumpster than other rentals, and his price was even better than the others. The dumpster arrived on time and was put exactly where I wanted it to be, which made my job easier. I am very pleased with the outcome. Plus I got a 30 yard truck when others were only renting out a 20 yard for the same price . If I'm ever in need of a dumpster rental again , 5 star sanitation is the one to call...

I found this company online because i wanted to help my daughter and her husband to clean their house garage because over the years they acummulate a lot of stuff. The owner Ken was amazing he reach out quick. i send him a picture, he gave me and amazing quote and we set for the date. The employees arrive at the house on time, they were really professional,work very quick and they even clean the garage after they were done. My experience was awesome and i will recommend them 100% and if i need to i will used their service again in the future.
