The salesman that came out for the estimate was very nice. As another reviewer stated, he seemed in a hurry. I think he just knows what he's doing, and got to the job of writing up the estimate. He took plenty of time for any questions that I had. The owner was easy to work with as well. The crew was here on time, and did not stop until the job was completed. They were courteous, and hard working. We have 186ft of fence that had to be replaced, they built the fence as they went. No pre-made panels. The job was done in one day as promised. It looks great, we are very satisfied.

Michael Kennedy and I spoke by phone and he scheduled an estimator to visit right away. The estimator arrived promptly and did his job efficiently. He provided a cost-effective estimate for the replacement of two areas of fence at the front of our home, both of which included gates.The estimate included gates with reinforcing aluminum frames that alleviate warping and sagging - a major problem in the humid Florida climate. He scheduled the job with the office for 10 days out. On the day of the work, a crew of three arrived precisely on time. They quickly removed the old fence, dug new holes and poured concrete for the new posts. They constructed the fence on-site, board by board, to make certain that it was the exact, correct size. (No pre-fab sections.) The guys matched the height of our new fence to the height of both neighbors' adjacent fences. The crew worked continuously - no goofing off. They finished the job, cleaned up everything, and we did an inspection of the work. I am very pleased with the work. I'll recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. It's great to find a really professional team who cares about responsiveness and respect for the customers. Bravo!

Several years ago, we had a fence installed around our property and were pleased with the job but when we called them to inquire about a small decorative job, we discovered that the had a new owner and we were not comfortable with having them do the work. In stepped Family Fence Company... They worked with us to identify a project that would meet our needs and match well with our existing fence material. Since the job was small, they were able to complete it in about 4 hours and, after the job was completed, the owner even came back out to make an adjustment. While I was a little taken aback by the quoted price, Family Fence Co. was comparable to the other quotes we received and they did quality work so I can't really complain about that.

We received a quote from Family Fence in March 2013. Mike came out and provided an estimate for installing a fence on our property. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He understood everything we were looking for and even offered to submit all the HOA paperwork. About a month after the initial quote we changed our mind about a double gate we had requested, and asked if he could easily accommodate that request and he did without any issues. He sent us a new estimate and let us know that they would be ready to install if we chose them to install the fence. We decided to use Family Fence in mid April and it only took 1 week from the time he received our deposit to the actual installation of the fence. The Installation Team came out and installed the fence, they were very professional, answered all my questions and concerns, and were very quick! The fence looks amazing and I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors.

What a pleasure to work with. Mike and his employees from Florida Fence was fantastic. Mike measured the property and gave a very reasonable estimate, as well as providing samples of the materials used. Mike also took care of getting approval from our HOA, and scheduled the installation for the day after we closed. On the day of installation, his crew showed up right on time, and had the whole fence installed by mid afternoon. Once the installation was complete, they went and literally wiped down every single inch of the fence. I have recommended Family Fence to several of my new neighbors and will continue to recommend them in the future.

First off, I have used them before and know they do excellent work. This install went ok. We had scheduling issues the first day, and the next day the crew came with the wrong color. I understand these things happen and b/c of their great reviews and my past experience I cut them a break. When the install did get finish it went in quick and the guys worked great and fence came out awesome. They left the yard in great shape and left no debris or trash around. The owner did end up knocking off $200 off the price for the issues with scheduling which again shows his care for his customers. If I ever needed another fence I would surely use them again no doubt! ***UPDATE*** Just received a $50 gift certificate to Ruby Tuesdays and a $50 Gift certificate to Outback with a note apologizing for the inconveniences. Price was comparable to other quotes, person was on time to give me the quote and was professional. I just picked someone else. I would recommend.

I had this company come out to give me a quote for my fence. The man who came out was very nice and drove a company labeled vehicle- which was very promising. Their style of giving estimates is not what will earn my business. If you are the type of consumer who likes someone to come in and out- give you the cheapest quote, and hardly tell you anything about their business or what you are going to get as a consumer then I HIGHLY recommend working with Family Fence Company. However, I am the type of consumer who likes to know what I am paying for and know what level of quality and service is provided. Family Fence was Quote #2 out of 3 total quotes I received. While they were the cheapest, I was very uneasy with what they were going to provide me and didn't feel confident at all with pursuing them and giving my business. The other two estimates were very complete and when the other companies left I felt like I COMPLETELY understood what I was going to be paying for. The best way I can explain my experience with this company is that I felt like I was in the middle of a tornado, everything happened so quick and they were gone. To repeat, this isn't the style that I prefer. They were professional, just a little too "in and out" in my opinion.

Everything went very smoothly and worry free. They were very accommodating. The fence looks great and they picked up all their mess.

They came out on time for an estimate and were able to come out the next week to complete the fence. It looks nice and I'm able to let my dogs out now and they can't run the length of the yard. I wanted it tight up against the house and they made the effort to do this for me. I would use them again.

Mike personally came out and did the estimate. Although he was very busy, he was able to squeeze us in with less than two weeks notice to get our fence put in in time to get our safety inspection on our pool. He was knowledgeable about the rules for pool fences (gates must swing and locks must be certain heights,etc.) He gave us a military discount on top of our Angie's list discount and even added free locks to our fence, something we did not require for the safety inspection. He was on time and responsive when I called him back to have a minor adjustment made to the fence. We have a beagle and she is a digger so when I noticed some space between the fence and the ground, I called Mike. He sent someone out to correct the problem the next day. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend him to anyone! Honest and trustworthy. Thanks Mike!

Had Mike from Family fence give me an estimate on replacing my 19 year old pine stockade style fence. He got to the appointment for the estimate exactly on time, gave me an estimate for 3 different styles of fence replacement. Went with the surprisingly low estimate to replace the old fence with the same style. We set up an appointment for Jan 23rd, it was done by the end of the day and looked great. All positive no complaints.

Great experience with this company - Mike was quick to get back to us to schedule an estimate - their prices were the best and they were able to schedule us in quickly to get our fence put up. Crew was on-time, professional and they did a wonderful job.

Spoke with Mike on the phone and he meet me at my home after work. He listened to what I wanted done and was very insightful. He already had knowledge of what was expected according to my HOA rules. That helped me tremendously due to the fact that I had just purchased the home and I was from out of state. He helped me with the proper paperwork that was needed for approval of the fence. Mike stayed in touch with me the entire time, even when we had to readjust the plans. He ordered the fence and to my delight, was able to get the fence faster than expected. He called me when it came in and scheduled the install date. The installers showed up right on time and were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. They installed the fence in a matter of hours and was done perfect. I had no problems with the work. They cleaned up their worksite and did a great job. Would recommend this company for sure.

Quality product, excellent service and professionalism. We hired this company to put up a fence in our back yard for our dogs. They came out quickly, gave an estimate, and once they were hired, completed all the permits, requests to our HOA, and actual installation very easily and quickly. The workmen consulted with me during the process when a tree was right in my lot line so that my fence would be installed properly. When I noticed the gate latch was a little loose, they responded that same day and completed the fix. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again as the need arises in the future.

Family Fence was extremely polite and professional. I called them and they came out that week and gave me an estimate on replacing my fence and putting in 2 gates. I called them back and told them I wanted to use them, but that I only wanted to replace 2 parts of the fence instead of the 3 they game me an estimate on. They got right back with me on the adjusted cost and came out within the week to put up the fence!! They got here early in the morning and by the afternoon had the old fence down and the new one up. I hadn't told my wife they were coming so she got home and saw this awesome new fence up. We had an issue with the neighbor about the fence and they took care of it right away at no extra cost to me. Family Fence does fantastic work, really easy to communicate with, and the fence looks amazing. I would highly recommend using Family Fence. I have had many compliments on my fence already.
