What set Family Fence apart was there committment to complete the job as soon as the HOA approval was complete. They also handled the paperwork with the HOA. The team showed up on time and the job was completed within the estimated time. After looking at the job that day, I decided that one area of the fence needed an adjustment. I called Family Fence and the team showed up the first thing the next morning to make the adjustment at no charge. I would recommend Family Fence.

They were incredible. I was in the process of starting a new job. The estimator came to the house at 7pm to accommodate my busy schedule. Then when it came time to do the fence. The workers showed up exactly on time, asked me all the pertinent questions on what I wanted, answered all my questions, then went to work. They finished the fence in one day. The greatest thing they did involved me having to leave half way through the install, and while I was gone they completed the install. The install was perfect. I give them my highest recommendation!

Our home had cedar fencing along both sides of the backyard and side yards, and no fencing along the back of the property which overlooks a preserve. The fence was 19 years old and needed to be replaced. In addition, with two small dogs, we wanted a fence installed along the back of the property, but one that wouldn't obstruct the view of the preserve. Mike Kennedy, the owner, submitted our HOA's required "Fence Request" for us, which was approved within 24 hours. When informed that the proposed work was approved, Mike advised us that the work could be done two days later. His men showed up early Saturday morning and installed 6-foot tall solid white vinyl fencing along both sides of the property and a 4-foot high picket fence along the back. All work was completed by early afternoon. They cleared away all debris and left the yard neat and clean. We're thrilled with the look of the yard, and with the quality of the materials used. We would not hesitate to recommend Family Fence Company to anyone.

Mike Kennedy was a pleasure to work with. We are a military family, stationed on the west coast, far from our property/home in Brandon, FL. Mike responded to all of my questions, communicating with me through the entire process. The fence removed was a hodge pudge of repairs done over the last 16 years, truly an eyesore for the neighborhood. Mike removed all and I cannot be happier with the selection of the tan vinyl fencing - absolutely beautiful and it truly raised the entire feel of the yard. If you've had a wood fence for years and keep pouring money into it, save yourself the stress and move on to vinyl. What a BEAUTIFUL difference! Mike at family fence did a Great job. They did everything. Sent info to homeowner assoc plans, came on time, did a super job, all family fence people were professional, and friendly. What can I say. They did a great job.

Family Fence responded immediately to our request for a bid, their bid was on par with others, they seemed more flexible to our needs (we needed to get a tree stump ground before the fence went in, but our tree service took a little while), and they performed the job effectively. We will use Family Fence again if we need to. Very positive experience.

When I called for an estimate, they were very prompt in coming out. The gentleman not only explained their process but also gave some advice about the placement of the fence, increasing the security of my property, approaching the neighbors, and even offered to deal with the HOA. When we decided to go with them, they booked us within 2 weeks. Their workmen were prompt. Before beginning, they talked with me about exactly what I wanted, exactly what they would be doing, and gave me an idea about how long it would take. They were very courteous. I went out to check on their progress a couple of times, and they were always patient with answering my questions. One of my neighbors even came over to get their information, since she saw how nice the fence was and what a great job they were going. Maybe she will be having work done too. I really like that whenever I called with a question, the owner, Mike, was the one to get back to me and promptly. That's service!

Mike's workers were great. Whenever there was a possible question or option in installing the fence, they would ask me first on my preference. You don't find that often enough. I now they done many projects in my area of New Tampa/Wesley Chapel. Just in my block, there was 3 home owners that are satisfied. Great Job Mike and Installers.

As promised they completed the job in one day. It did take a little longer than expected . The installation crew at our house expected assistance from another crew which never materialized. As explained to us it the situation simply could not be helped.

I felt terrible that I had to have them come for 2 different estimates as my husband and I had differing opinions on where to fence. They worked with me on this and once we decided which area we wanted, we had them here within a week. We have 3 dogs who are like houdini so I was thrilled to learn the fence is built on site, not brought in sections. We love it and so do the dogs! Great quality and super workers!

The owner got a bit nasty with us when we called him with some concerns. Tore down the fence, and replaced it with one that is even worse.

Couldn't be happier with my new fence and the team who installed it. Jessie and Rafael Melendez did such a wonderful job, were on time, and completed the job in less than a day! They also worked in a little rain. The fence came out really nice and I've recieved many compliments on it. They also built the gate, love it. Overall, the company did a nice job. As promised, they came out and tore down & removed the old fence and instaled the new fence in one day. There were a couple minor follow-up items my husband and the owner discussed (preference stuff). He said based on our decisoin he'd come out and finish up what we wanted. The slightly disappointing part was the timing of the follow-up. It required my husband to call 3 times before they came out to finish up (nothing major). The other disappointing part of the experience was that evidently during installation they hit 2 sections of our sprinkler system. Although the contract does mention the company isn't responsible for sprinkler lines, it was a little disappointing that they busted 2 areas while installing. I would have thought once they hit the line, pooling of water would have shown. It would have been nice if they'd let us know, but instead we discovered it almost a week later and cost use $400 to repair. We really like the fence, installation in one day, but was a little disappointed with the busted sprinkler lines and effort we had to go through to get the small follow-up items resolved. This is an update to anyone reading the review: Family Fence contacted us very shortly afterwards and apologized for the busted lines and offered to reimburse us for the sprinkler line repair. We really appreciated this! Even though the contract mentioned they are not responsible for lines like this (without markings), for a Family Fence to cover this is outstanding customer service! This is definitely a company that puts pride and integrity in their work - we receive the reimbursement check very quickly. Thank you very much for being a company that cares about workmanship and customer service - it's refreshing! We'd definitely recommend Family Fence to others. Thank you!!!

I had my backyard enclosed with a vinyl fence. The workers came out (albeit 40 minutes late) but went right to work. The job took about 7 hours, but was done to my satisfaction. Approximately 3 weeks later, I noticed a shaking in the post which the gate was attached to. I called Family Fence and describe the problem and someone came out right away to resolve it. I was told if I had any other questions or concerns to contact them. I appreciate the professionalism and response to my concerns. I would recommend this company.
