The Family Fence Company It is not often in my experience that I have requested specific requirements for a job such as 235 ft of vinyl fence with (2) 5 ft Gates one with double doors and the top of the entire fence level without regards to the contour of the ground upon which the salesman Keith a most pleasant individual was able to relate my information without exceptions. The crew arrived 3 weeks later as scheduled, I met briefly with the foreman and the man who laid the project on the ground to confirmed we were on the same page. He first uncovered the boundary markers, (I often wondered where they were.) spray painted markers on the ground, ran string lines and he was gone. The 3 man crew accomplished in 1 day what I thought was impossible, on top of which they removed every piece of debris. My test of a job well done is if I have any regrets of the money spent, for this none whatever.

Very Bad Experience! Trampled new landscaping, left piles of ground in dirt and clay, roots and a fence post in my neighbor's yard, left piles of in landscaped beds, broke a branch off of a new tree, left trash scattered about, failed to nail all of the fence panels. My first bad Angie's List experience.

I am completely satisfied with my new white vinyl fencing which was installed on May 31, 2017. Family Fence was very easy to work with from the initial quote given to the completion of the job. The crew that did the work was punctual, efficient and hard-working. The new fence is a huge improvement over my 20+ year old wooden fence. Family Fence's pricing was very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I received from 3 other companies which included one of the "big box" stores. I would definitely recommend them to my own family, friends and neighbors if they are in need of new fencing.

Very smooth, work was done quickly and efficiently. There was one small hiccup at the start, but after a quick phone call everything was addressed and completed as promised.

I shopped around for numerous quotes from many different fence companies and family fence had the the best quote and the fastest time to complete the job. The building crew was very professional. They removed my old wooden fence and replace it with a new white fence in one day. They are very good at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone else that is looking to install a fence. I got recommended about them from friend who was a previous customer that said that they did an excellent job on his fence.

Jim, from Family Fence, came out quicky and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We hired them on the spot and they took care of everything from the permits to the HOA approval to getting the job done. The fence is beautiful, durable and does what it is intended to do. The process was relatively quick and the result is pure white beauty. I recommend Family Fence to anyone who needs quality work done. The honesty of this company is refreshing in today's world of a lot of promises and very little work. FF worked hard and delivered everything they promised. Great job FF.

The workers were great. The office gave the workers incorrect boundary instructions so there was rework required.

Arrived on time. Fence went up One panel was dented, upon inspection and they replaced it. They cut the product, on the road in front of our house and left a mess of white debris, my husband called to ask that they come back to clean. They came back the next day and swept up the mess that was left.

They showed up on time, and performed the work with great skill. I received a call the next day to see how everything went, and let them know that there was an issue with the height of a section of fencing, and they returned the next day to correct the minor issue. We were very pleased with the quality of work.

At first the gate and fence that connects to the house was installed crooked. They sent back a crew 2 days later to fix it. I'm satisfied with it now.

The entire process was extremely pleasant. From the first call to make an appointment for an estimate, to the guy that gave the estimate, to the HOA paperwork (that they do for you!!!) to the installers...it was 5 Star service, no doubt. The installers were friendly and extremely hardworking. I HIGHLY recommend Family Fence Company for all your fence needs!

They did a great job. Arrived on time (early actually) and were very professional. Work completed efficiently and without problem.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company. This 1st time went very well. The 2nd time - not so much. Initially, they broke the arbor we had next to our old fence and didn't fix it. When I contacted them about this, they never responded. The arbor was inexpensive, so I let it go. Then we noticed issues with our fence install - namely that several of the posts were not properly set and loose in the ground. I have contacted them repeatedly for almost two months now to have this corrected. While they admit there is an issue based on the video I sent them of the fence moving during a light breeze, they have stalled and stalled and I've had to follow up continuously with no repair yet. Hopefully they rectify this situation soon as I'm worried the constant movement is damaging the integrity of the fence structure. They were efficient and responsive when they were making money off of us, but now when the time has come to honor their commitments and fix their mistakes, they are dragging their feet. Very disappointed by the service after the sale and will not use this company again.

Family Fence was great! Jim came out to do the quote within a week of my first call and I instantly knew I liked the company. They had a great pride in themselves and their products and it showed. Family Fence had very competitive pricing to others in the area and a great warranty on their PVC fence. They were able to come out on my schedule to install the fence and completed the install in around 5 hours time. They did a walk through with me afterwards to make sure nothing looked wrong or out of place and everything looked perfect! The builders where able to work around the trees in my yard and the underground lines to maximize our back/side yards. All around great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their fences installed.

My wife is a property manager and has dealt with a few fence companies. She came across Family Fence when procuring a fence company to do one of her properties. They were quick to respond and courteous. It did take a few weeks to get our appointment but that could have been due to my schedule needing an evening appointment. Keith, the sales rep that came out was friendly. We got a quote before he left that seemed to be in the ball park with others. My one issue was that they were not willing to negotiate even though my wife is a property manager of over 20 properties with the potential of future work. The work got schedule the same week which was quite a surprise. They were able to get the old fence removed and new one installed the same day. We did have a problem with one of the gates. They were both supposed to be 5’ and I immediately noticed one was narrower than the other. When I measured, one was 4.5’ and the other was 5’. I called and they initially said it was because of a root. No offense but that’s why I didn’t do it myself. At any rate I told them I was not happy with it and without hesitation they scheduled the guys to come back out the next morning. The installer was very apologetic for not calling me initially and corrected the issue. It’s only been a week but the fence looks great.

Provided survey as requested by salesman when he came to my home while taking measurements. The day of installation, the installer asked to see our survey again and noted that had he proceeded to install as per the salesman's measurements I would have had the fence one foot on my neighbors property. The amount of fencing I paid for was less than that measured by the salesman, they had to come back to install the remaining amount of fence which they did. I recommend you measure yourself and compare it to the salesman's measurements. All in all, Family Fence did correct the problem and I am pleased with the finished product. By the way, the salesman did admit to his error in his measurements.

Arturo, and his crew arrived at 8 am, and started the job of taking/constructing our fence. All were very courteous, and hard working. Within 7 hours, my new fence is in place, and clean. I love our new gate!!!! Thank you Family, from my 1st phonecard to finish, everyone was very professional. I will be letting others know how great the job was.
