I noticed two weeks after I called to set the appointment that the $3k for this fence was still in my account. I called and left and message asking what was going on, but didn't receive a call back. I reviewed my account today in preparation to make another large purchase when it hit me that the money for the fence still hadn't come out. I called again today, and after being on hold for 6 minutes, they had to get a manager involved to find out if I even had an appointment set and to determine why the money hadn't come out of my account. The manager was an *******, so that was enough for me to cancel the job; however, they finally debited my account after the call, so now I have to wait for a refund. If they're this unorganized, I don't want to see what kind of mess they're going to make out of my fence with the several large trees right on my property line. I'll find another company that seems to be better prepared.

Crew arrived on time, got to work and finished in a timely manner. The installation was professional.

Installers were very nice when they finally showed up. Original installation was 11-1. Never showed. Notified late afternoon they weren't coming. Promised first thing in am next day. Showed up at 12:45. Where is 12:45 first thing in am ? Again no call from them. I had to constantly call them for updates.

They showed up on time for the quote, They were the most professional, least expensive. The day of the installation, they showed up on time. They were in and out in one day. Our property line is not straight. They installed the fence to compensate for the property line and we have a 150 feet of nice straight fence. Check out their reviews on Angie's list. We really wanted a vinyl fence, but were sure we wouldn't be able to afford it. We were right according to the other two bids we got, but Bill came out, walked the large yard with us, listened to our needs and wants and was very polite and professional. Not only was the estimate the best of all three, but the vinyl was within our budget! Two weeks later, a six-man crew arrived in the morning scheduled, tore down the old fence, loaded it up to haul away and worked all day. We were pleasantly surprised the work was completed late the same day. All in all it was a good experience and we love our new fence!

Family Fence was very responsive from the first appointment to provide the quote all the way through the install. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They had originally estimated the job to take one day but it ended up taking two - no big deal. Upon completion I noticed a couple things that I wanted them to come back out and look at. Family Fence was again responsive and addressed my concerns. Overall great experience.

Very satisfied with fence but took hours to clean up after them. They left old fence pieces everywhere, empty water bottles, post tags, candy wrappers, etc. called to complain but was put on hold too too long. Hung up.

Matt, the salesman that came out was extremely rude to my wife. He couldnt read a survey and seemed to be bothered just being there. My wife was very uncomfortable being there with just him. Will never hire them. FencePro is definitely the way to go.

The workers installing my fence worked very hard with no breaks. They were very meticulous in their work and made sure at end of installation I was happy with everything.

They were really good about confirming my appointment for an estimate THREE times- email and phone over a weeks time. 1/2 an hour before the actual appointment Jim calls to say "sorry we don't carry hogwire anymore but I can refer you to another company". 😳

I was given an estimate. When the gentleman and his son arrived late, he couldn't remember what he had quoted. Apparently he didn't realize how much work would be needed and seemed unhappy with how long the job took. He left the empty concrete bags and several rotten beams at the side of the house. I am a single mom and am unable to lift the beams besides the fact that I have no where to dispose of them. This is partly why I paid someone to do the job in the first place. There is also a broken plank that wasn't broken before the job was begun. I am very disappointed in this job.

I had 3 people come by. I needed to replace what was a wooded fence, a privacy fence separating myself and my neighbor and also a gate on the another side. I got 3 people and I asked for quotes separately, the gate and I asked for the fence in vinyl or wood. They told me they would not do just the gate because is was too small of a job. Which was okay. I ended up getting the gate and the vinyl fence. We set up a time. They came on time. I think it was 3 or 4 gentlemen. They were very good. I speak a little Spanish and they spoke a little English we got it together fine. He looked at the fence and said they didn't give me the materials for a lattice gate. So he had to remake the fence with no problem. They called before they came. They got here on time. I don't remember how much time but it took a lot less than what I thought it would. They removed the old fence and put in the new one. They did a very nice job. When they replaced the wooden fence, the vinyl fence didn't cover the exact spot, I can't quite figure out why. I have a little patio and now there is about 4 inches of dirt between the beginning of the patio and the fence. I don't know if there's anything they could have done. I have a lot of plants and such and they did a good job keeping them in shape. I am certainly satisfied with the work. Their work was good but communicating was difficult.

They called in the morning saying they would be at my house between 9:30-10:00 a.m. When they didn't arrive by 11:00 a.m. I called and asked when their ETA was. The guy in the office told me he wasn't sure and didn't want to give me a time because if they didn't meet that time I would just call back, but assured me they would be there at some point that same day. They arrived at 2:00 p.m. After removing the old fence, they started the process of installing the new fence and busted a water main in my yard and we had to turn the water off to the entire house while they fixed the pipe. They then installed the new fence and had a fence post and only one panel in between the end of the fence post. I asked why this was done since it didn't look like that before and was told the old fence was 5 feet and the new fence we were quoted was for 6 feet so it was uneven and they had to put 1 panel in between 2 posts. The guy and I went back and forth for a few minutes and he finally removed the extra fence post and put in an extra panel instead so that it looked better. The quality of the fence is great and the guys were pretty quick, I was just disappointed with the customer service and problems that were had throughout the process. They had told me on the phone to not worry about being at the house and that they could perform the work without me being there but after the water main break and the fence not being originally done to my liking it was clear I needed to be there.
