It went very well. The workers stayed and got the job done even when it rained !

They arrived a little late but did a great job. Two very nice men did the installation. Didn't get any other quotes so don't know if their price was competitive, but it seemed reasonable to us.

Family Fence is a great fencing company. They got us our quote very quickly and were the best price out of all the quotes we got. They got us a right on the schedule and finished the work in one day. The finished fence looks amazing! We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence.

The price was awesome as well as the quality of the product white vinyl fence. The installers were very polite and hardworking. They answered all questions regarding my questions. Would recommend this company and proudly display there sign in hopes others will call them.

We received several quotes from fence companies in Tampa and Family Fence was by far the best. Even better is they offer a military discount to those on Active Duty. They were able to install within 3 days and did a wonderful job. We are extremely happy with the work they did and we will certainly be referring them to all friends and family.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Family Fence company. They provided the best price of the three companies I received quotes from. The installers were friendly and hard working. They asked for my input on a few different aspects of the fence instead of making assumptions. They worked until 7pm the first day, and came back at 5:30pm the following day to finish up the last 90 minutes of work (I had told them they could come back late in the day). Very happy with how my fence turned out, and would definitely recommend them.

Great company. They submitted out HOA paperwork for us which was awesome! Once approved they fit us in within a week to put in the fence, which we thought was fast. They showed up within the time slot they told up and put in the fence. It looks great. They even put the gate on a gradation to the yard ( there was a slope in the area where the gate went so the customized it so there wasn't a gap.) This was awesome because we have a dog. We'd absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them. Pricing was fair and quality of work was excellent.

Mike was quick to respond and provided an estimate for black vinyl chain link fencing which came in lower than 2 other companies. Also was available sooner to install than other companies. Installation was completed in one day with quality work. Would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the Family Fence company. Not only were they most competitive in price, but their professionalism and the hard-working guys that actually installed the fence really impressed me. In fact, the reason I decided to go with them was that during another estimate I was receiving from a competitor while giving me an estimate, actually told me that they were very good company. I’m very pleased with my fence, how quickly it went up, how professional it went and the cost was very competitive.

Family Fence was GREAT from beginning to end. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate at a very reasonable rate. They also submitted all of the necessary HOA documents to our HOA, and even when I changed my mind on something, they fixed the paperwork and resent the information to the HOA. Once it was approved, they were ready to schedule the installation during that same week! The installers came out right on time, went over all the measurements with me, came to me with any questions or issues that came up, and worked hard all day. The fence came out great and we are loving it. Thank you Family Fence!

From the salesman to the installation we were very happy. The one man crew worked tirelessy from 9am til about 730pm or so. It even rained and he continued on. When he was done we looked at our double gate and saw that there was too much gap in between the gates and when he tried to adjust it the gate gap was good but then there ended up being a gap at the panel where the hinges were. We all stood back and we all agreeded it did not look good so he said he would come back Saturday to fix it. Long story short we did get everything fixed the following week and are so happy thus far. We definitely would recommend this company!!!

Family Fence Company was very easy to work with, we had someone come out and look at our yard and provide an estimate and within 2 weeks we had everything installed. No issues what so ever and the fence looks great. We love the white hardware that was used on our vinyl/pvc fence gate, I had never seen that before but love how it turned out!

Very professional representatives, but the cost was higher than other quotes so I went with a different company. They did provide a detailed estimate to include services provided, warranty, insurance and licenses.

Just moved to the area and asked around about a fence company. Family fence was highly spoken about around the area.. They came out gave the estimate great price and warranty. The job was done fast and the quality was top notch.. Smooth and easy to work with..

Family Fence was not only punctual and polite...they actually arrived early, and completed the BIG job in one day. The new fence is GLORIOUS. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone!

I called to set up an estimate and they were very prompt with sending someone out. Their quote was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than others. I called to set up a date to have the fence installed. It had to be pushed out a couple weeks due to them ordering more aluminum fencing.. no big deal, that didn’t bother me. When we schedule though, we had to put down a deposit. When the guy came out for our estimate, we asked about military discount and he gave us the price but he never told us that, that price had to be paid using cash or check.. we didn’t want to pay that way so that was a little disappointing. I never received a phone call about the time to expect the installers. They told me I’d hear about a week in advance whether I’d be a morning or afternoon job since we were on the smaller side of jobs. I called the afternoon before and they told me anywhere between 9:30-10:30 am. The installers arrived at 8:30, not mad about it but definitely wasn’t expecting them that early as I have 2 little ones. Communication could be a little bit better within the office. The installers showed up, very professional and respectful. Anytime there was a question about the install, they came and checked with me first, which I appreciated. They did a really good job and the work definitely shows for it. We would definitely recommend Family Fence Company to our family & friends. Adding pictures to show, we only had gates installed at the front and aluminum fence in the back to enclose our yard.

In the wake of Hurricane Irma, a need to replace the existing fence on our property became apparent. As I typically do when in need of a service or repair, I inquire with neighbors as to who they would recommend. One name was always provided in response, Family Fence Company! As such, I reached out to them to obtain an estimate. The estimate scheduled quickly, was easy to understand and although I had received other estimates from their competitors, Family Fence Company was most competitive. The time came for installation and Miguel and his team were on time, professional and personable. They worked tirelessly through the Florida heat and completed the job in one day. They were also able to work around a 45-year-old tree, much to our surprise, to assure the fence was straight and level. In each correspondence and conversation I had with the Family Fence Company, the entire team has been excellent. We love the look of the new white vinyl fence and gate. I strongly recommend Family Fence Company, as do my neighbors.

Wow, I could not be happier. I got 4 quotes for the same fence and Family Fence was the best of them. Jim, the salesman, was responsive to my questions, and I had a lot of them. The crew were at my house on time and went straight to work, they were fast and very professional. I had a couple of questions and Arturo was very responsive to my concerns making sure I was happy. When complete the crew picked up and were it not for the new fence you would not have even known they were there. I highly recommend Family Fence !!

Mat the estimator came out on a Friday evening, measured everything and discussed what was needed,and said we would receive an estimate on Monday. When nothing came the next week I called back and was told they had no record of him coming and must have lost the estimate. Once again they scheduled an estimate inspection for the following week, giving me a few hour window as to when to expect Mat again. A few days later, on a Friday, I received a phone call at 4:38 p.m.(the precision of a smart phone!) leaving me a message that an estimator could be there at 6 p.m., and to call back to confirm. I didn't receive the message till later that night, long after they had closed so I called on Monday and was told that since I "cancelled" the 6 p.m. Friday appointment I would need to be rescheduled in approximately two weeks. I told them what I thought of their customer service, or lack of, and that I would find another company.

Great! Totally happy and It looks terrific. All the old fence was hauled away and nothing left but a new fence & 2 new driveway gates. Everything was done quickly and with no problems. I feel I got everything I paid for. Very professional & recommend them highly.
