Some minor concerns that were quickly correct by Family Fence.

We had a great experience with family fence company. They came out quickly for a quote and were able to install the fence within a couple of weeks. Their pricing was very comparable to other quotes. They rose above others by providing you a folder with all of their products, warranties, and company information down to their license and liability insurance. Installers were prompt and very pleasant. I would recommend to all. The fence looks wonderful!

The work was scheduled quickly after the contract was signed and the workmen showed up on time. They had the old fence down in a flash and did a great job getting the new fence posts set in concrete between several conflicting trees. Very stable fence. We like the customized shadowbox fence they installed which looks great on both sides.

My friend gave me Family Fence's information because she used them for her and her parents old and new houses. I received their quote and they were the most professional, affordable, and the only company that would actually fix your sprinklers if they mistakenly damaged them. Every other company said they didn't cover the cost if they damaged sprinkler heads. Are you serious?!?! Family Fence also offered to contact our HOA and submit the alteration application. It was a no brainer for me to use Family Fence. They came within two weeks of the estimate and installed it in one day. I am beyond happy right now with my fence. Thank you!!!

This is the second fence I have had them do. The first one lasted 11 years in good shape until I sold the house. I got several bids for the fence at the new house and they came in the lowest (discount for previous client). They were very professional and handled getting permission from the HOA The only thing that kept them from a perfect score were the clumps of concrete they left around the posts. Otherwise, was very happy with them.

They were very professional. Did everything they promised. They came on time as scheduled both for the estimate and the day of the job. Work was done excellently, same day. I love my new fence!!! It is a wood fence and they built it from scratch (4 men, very friendly). They provided a written estimate with a diagram that I could send to my HOA which made it easy for me to get approval. I recommend Family Fence.

got estimate on 12/5/18 the work was done on 12/28/18, Office staff great Dewann , Bill S. estimator and three installers ,professional , fence and gates are very secure and built with metal reinforcements. Everything was very smooth, from the initial estimate to assisting with getting HOA approval, to setting the appointment and through the actual installation itself. Miguel was in charge of my fence install and he and his team did an excellent job, even making sure to fill small gaps at the bottom as he noticed we have a dog. Very pleased, and would absolutely recommend them!

Everything from the free estimate to removal of old fence and installation of new fence went very well. The three installers arrived punctually and worked quickly to remove the old wooden fence and install the new vinyl fence according to plan. The city of Clearwater zoning office required the back portion of fence be moved in 3 ft, and the final bill was reduced to reflect the slight decrease in materials from original estimate. I had the job estimated with two other companies...one at a similar price, but a longer installation delay, and one considerably higher in price. Family Fence Co. was able to schedule installation within one week of approval so it could be done before the Christmas holiday.

Family fence was great from start to finish. Very professional Salesman who was willing to work with us a bit since we had obtained 5 quotes. Family Fence was able to price match and offer a lifetime warranty. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. The crew came out in the morning and was done before sunset. The fence is beautiful. We have a newborn and a puppy so this was a must. I wish the builder was as good as our fence company. Would highly recommend!

The staff of Family Fence was professional and friendly. They worked with our HOA to obtain approval for our fence. They were the most competitively priced of all the quotes we received. The fence is beautiful!

it went very well. We had 4 installers, who worked very hard. they never even took a lunch break. awesome people.

Just wanted to make a report that I had scheduled the estimate for 6 SEP 5:30pm. They were a no-show. I called their office, and left a message, but no response. Not the worst experience, but I had waited around 10 days to get the estimate, so it was a pain for them not to show up.

You can find cheaper as far as cost per foot on wood fences, but you won’t find a more responsive and professional group of people. We had an estimate and scheduled the fence install for only a few days after the estimate. We had to postpone the install to remove some landscaping from the backyard then ended up going on vacation for 2 weeks. When we returned we called and they were out 2 days later. The crew was clean and efficient. They got dumped on by Mother Nature and still finished a big job for one day.

The family fence team was amazing for beginning to end! Responsive, professional, and quality workmanship!

Went well except the workers cut 2 cables that affected me and the neighbors...no phone or internet. But these things happen.
