In March of this year we contracted with Family Fence to install our PVC fence. We are very happy with the results. The fence looks wonderful. We experienced terrific, responsive customer service. Our estimator, Tyler, was thorough, understood the constraints put on us by our HOA and explained the process well. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned up the job-site when completed. AFTER the job was complete, we had some dimensional changes to make and the company quickly and inexpensively made the modifications for us. We shopped around for several quotes before choosing Family Fence Company. I can honestly say that it was at a fair price, their presentation was extremely professional, and the response time was on point. The representative had a great deal of knowledge and answered all of my questions without asking. The representative went over all of the warranty information and product quality. They also provided a military discount and a discount if paid in cash. They even helped us out with the HOA approval, and were very understanding when we changed the quote (twice). I learned about Family Fence from Angie's list. They had very positive reviews and when I cross checked Google reviews I found similar feedback. I sent a message from the Angie's list app and they replied within 2 hours! Some of the highlights from our experience: 1. They showed up on time for the estimate appt. 2. They gave me a professional estimate that same day. 3. They showed up on time for the installation and 4. The team was friendly and very helpful during installation. I would highly recommend this fencing company. They installed a beautiful 80+ ft. wood fence and new wooden gate on one side of our yard and a 80+ ft white vinyl fence with double gate on the other side. They were finished with our project in one day (as indicated). I was worried the fence may be crooked, but it was PERFECT (I'm a perfectionist). I worked with several different staff members prior to install and they were patient, kind, and helpful. I am a first time homeowner and projects like this cause my anxiety. After the project was completed, I was far from anxious. We are very pleased with their attention to detail and communication. Family Fence replaced a large portion of my backyard fence 3 1/2 years ago. They were knowledgeable and discussed needs/expectations with us and gave a comparable good price. The work was done in a timely manner with professionalism. Then 9 months ago I called and had them replace a gate. They put in a 4 ft reinforced gate with good work that I had them back this month to finish up the rest of our backyard and 2nd gate. I not only recommend them I would use them again. Whenever I called they always acknowledge answered and resolved any question or need.

Family Fence was recommended to us by our son who had a vinyl fence installed by them. We were very impressed by the work they did for him so we hired them to install a 5 ft black vinyl coated chain link fence for our back yard. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but the crew stayed and worked even through stormy weather to complete the job! The fence looks beautiful and they did an excellent job! Changed my mind two different times on what I was choosing to install and this was not a problem at all with them. The work was done in one day, the crew arrived at the scheduled time, worked diligently until completed. I had a cabbage palm sitting right on the rear property line which I should have had removed before replacing the fence. I instructed the crew to place the fence around the Palm which they did. Totally my fault. My neighbor objected to the intrusion which was his right. Bottom line is I called Family Fence explained the situation, They worked with me without any complaint, scheduled a team to remove two sections so I could have the Palm removed, then scheduled another visit to restore the fence along the now clear Properly Line. I appreciated the response and the no hassle rescheduling. Since the error was my fault, I had no problem paying for the extra visits. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new or replacement fence.

Great company. Offered competitive pricing, were very professional and even handled my HOA request for me. The workers showed up on time and were great at communicating with me and making sure that the fence was installed how and where I wanted. They ended up doing a great job and even waited for me to come back home to do a final inspection as I had leave for a short while. Family fence called me post installation to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for fence installation.

From the free estimate until after the fence was completed Family Fence was wonderful. The folder I got from them when they came to give me the quote was what really stood out. It not only had the quote, but their license/insurance information and additional papers about fencing as well. After getting the quote, I spoke with Bill a few times before the installation and he was extremely helpful in answering questions I had. They came early on installation day and finished it by the afternoon. It looks great and I'm so happy with the fence! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a fence.

The man who came to give us our estimate was by far the most professional of anyone who gave us estimates. The price was also way better than any one else we looked at. Scheduling the install date was quick and easy. A crew of a few guys came out and finished the fence in 1 day! We are very happy with the final product, as are our dogs!
