Our experience with Family fence was extraordinary. Top quality vinyl fencing, prompt and professional salesman & installers. Installers removed 280 LF of wood fence and replaced with heavy duty vinyl fencing plus to 60” gates in a single day. Every post was secured with concrete and carefully plumbed, and the entire fence leveled. The result exceeded all our expectations.

Overall, I had a great experience with Family Fence. Their estimate was reasonable and competitive and they were able to install my fence in a timely manner. There was a small issue with the installation that they addressed immediately. I am pleased with their customer service.

Family Fence came out and installed the second half of my fence. In total it was 71 feet and included a double gate. They were super quick to install the fence completely. Within 4 days from paying the deposit it was installed. Excellent customer service in regards to listening to the way I wanted the fence installed. The fence looks great and is a high quality vinyl. Once again, I would highly recommend Family Fence to anyone.

Mike and the team at Family Fence went above and beyond for my family. Trust me I am normally one to only go give a negative review when something goes wrong and take for granted when things go right (I know I know) but this time I had to give a very positive review! We closed on our house and before even moving in our son was diagnosed with brain cancer and we moved our family to Memphis, TN for his treatment. Family Fence worked with me remotely to discuss our needs AND helped me work with our neighbors to get everything approved in the HOA AND helped us divide up the cost between us and the neighbors on both sides of our house. On top of all this they were the BEST value and quality we found! Trust me one of our neighbors shopped every fence company she could find and Family Fence was the best value and best experience in Tampa Bay! They came out and gave an estimate, very punctual for that appt. Got a nice Christmas discount in mid Dec. They submitted the HOA paperwork and when I got approval I called and few days later I had a very nice fence. The installers were very fast and precise. Recommend them highly. Second time I used them.

I had 2 gate doors and 90 feet of fence installed between me and my neighbor. The sales rep was good and never heard from him again after the quote. The installation team seemed nice and courteous. They installed the gates and fence. About a week later it was windy and the caps on the fence flew off. They were never glued on. Also I'm not sure if the fence line is level. Also, both gates were not properly installed as there are screws missing. I'm still awaiting repair as my neighbor had them do some work as well and is awaiting repair as well. I thought this being a local company would have an A team of installers but I guess not. If they do work for you make sure you check the caps and gates.

The process from getting a quote to having the fence installed went very well. I had my fence installed a while ago. I need the other side of my yard done and plan on using them for that project.

I highly recommend Family Fence! The gentleman that did the estimate was very professional! He listened to what I wanted, explained all the options and answered all questions. He gave me a folder with a detailed estimate along with brochures, warranty info, etc. The estimate was cheaper than others. They had me on schedule within a couple days and took care of getting the permit that my city required. The installation team was great too! They did an awesome job! There was one small issue that they took care of quickly. They followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. I love the new fence and so do my dogs!
