Overall the pressure cleaning was completed and the pool is no longer dirty. The pool deck was cleaned as well so thats clean. We did not like that they arrived setup pump and left without any communication. We called them because we did not know if the pump should be left plugged in after pool was empty. We where worried about leaving the pool without water overnight and popup potential and would have appreciated some communication that it was all ok. They said they would clean the pool and refill it and "start the chemicals". As far as I know they threw some pool shock in because it was setting on the bottom of the pool.(I don't let it set, I push the shock around with a brush to dissolve it). When I took the water in to be tested it needed calcium and stabilizer. I told the manager that was supposed to be included in the price of the pool cleanup and she said ok and gave me the chemicals for free. So thats cool she made it right but my thought is, if you say your going to "start the chemicals" you darn well should start them. Once again no communication, even that he put shock in or not. I had to figure it out myself. They also installed a lamp fixture removing the old one. This part was ok, they said in advance we needed a electrician to wire it up so we knew in advance. They left power tool on the job. I waited a few days to see if they where coming for it and finally returned it to the store myself. When I mentioned to the store employee(manager? asst. manager? not sure) about communication the reply was that is how we always do it, but she would let the store owner know my concerns. So in closing, they did pressure clean the pool, we just thought they could have walked us through it better given the price. And the chemicals was not a nice thing to do, they know what "starting the chemicals" means and I had to do it myself and would have had to pay for the chemicals had I not pointed it out. Leaving power tools on the job? Sloppy.

We were not happy with them. Some of the sprays coagulated in different spots; so it wasn’t even. They gave us recommendations. We went and looked at the different pools that were done. They looked fine. When they came to do the work, they seemed to be doing good job but they their sprinklers just dumped in one spot. It doesn’t look very attractive. I think they need a person to check it out and they don’t have that. They just have workmen come and do different things. They have to improve them if the work is not done right. They should have somebody as an in charge. The salesman was very thorough, enticing, and appealing. The workmen came and did what they were supposed to do. Some of them did a good job and some of them did a bad job. There was nobody incharge while they were doing the job. I would never use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Pinch a Penny Pool Patio Spa to resurface our pool bottom to spray with different colors. They did the work in last fall of September or October.
