Denise called me back immediately and was willing to show me properties, even though we were not quite sure we were ready to purchase. Once we decided, she navigated the sale. Especially good at dealing with buyers who are not local to the area and very trustworthy to represent our needs.
Also continues to be a good source of referrals and community information post-sale. Very competent, neighborly and responsive.

They were very good. My experience with them has been excellent. I spoke to several other realtors and they were much more willing to accommodate my concerns. It's a smaller company and that they only deal in my immediate area. Other listing agents were telling me that they required a lockbox and by appointment only would negate the possible sale and Pierce Realty said absolutely not and they disagree and my house sold in 3 weeks. So they were spot on and they gave me a lot more. The cure feeling knowing that they were going to be there every time. They are very accommodating and very professional. They did a better research than the other companies and more accurate. I think their price is standard. They are not charging me more than the standard. They had been there every time they said they were going to be.
