Mr.Penny was very professional and from the start was pleasant and friendly. After the inspection was complete he made sure we had no further questions. We actually had three separate inspections done . Home inspection was $250.00 Wood devouring organisms was 50.00 Pool was 50.00 He was extremely thourough on all three.
Description of Work: Mr. Penny performed an inspection on property we were in the process of purchasing. He spent approximately 4 hours and checked everything. He found the tiniest problems and included them in the report. He took us to each individual area and explained why he reported it as a defect. We were given a detailed written report with pictures and he went over the report page by page to make sure we had no questions.
