He explained what needed to be done to bring my old system (almost 40 years old, although it has been updated throughout the years) up-to-date and completed the process when he said he would. I felt his fees were fair and I trusted his expertise. So much so that I’m asking him to return quarterly to maintain my system. I would recommend Papa Ken to my friends and family.

+ -1 moreWe thought we had a relatively small job, but once the work was started it ended up being much more than anticipated. Ken took it all in stride and installed almost a basic new system for us. After everything was operational, he came back twice to make adjustments. Ken showed up when he said he would and we would use him again.
