Description of Work: We had Greg install a Reverse Osmosis system under our sink and run line to refigerator. My husband and I both really liked Greg, the owner. He tested our water and recommended the best solution for us without trying to upsell us on equipment we didn't need, and took the time to thoroughly explain all the options. The pricing was very reasonable and he was punctual and able to get us up and running very quickly with our new purifier! Have several friends that have also used him and they are happy as well.

Description of Work: I had them for about eight years. They replaced the charcoal in the water tank with new charcoal.

Description of Work: Serviced, cleaned, repaired and replaced charge in water treatment system. Also installed new method of treating water and replaced pipes. Programmed controls to treat water and backwash system as needed.

Description of Work: These folks are honest, dependable and affordable. If you need water treatment you should look nowhere else. They put a filter and softener for 2000.00. Had quotes from the big guys for triple the money.

+ -1 moreMy water purification system is spraying water. I called New Wave Water to fix the problem. I spoke with Ron at 8:00am. He said he'd call me at 2:00pm, but he would call me back regardless to let me know if he was coming today or had to postpone until Monday. Water was all over. He said it would hold until Monday because the system recycles every three days. I never heard from him, so at 3:45pm I called him to see why he hadn't called. He said he'd called at 2:30pm, but wasn't able to leave a message. He should've called back. It was very inconsiderate of him to not call back. He finally said that his boss won't let him come out to do any work for me because I'm a pain in the butt. He should've told me that at 8:00am this morning so that I could've moved on with my day. This is the second time he's given me problems. His boss doesn't have a problem with me because he offered to move the system for me in the past. Ron has an attitude problem. I called a different company and he found that the system was improperly installed (which was not installed by New Wave Water) and fixed the problem for free. I tipped him and he couldn't have been more thankful.

+ -1 moreThey were great. He came out when we called him and immediately tested the water. We had a specific concern with iron bacteria and higher hardness and he tested it. He went straight for what we needed with no frills or fancy talk. He was efficient and gave us what we needed for our specific water situation. He didn't try to add on anything. He was a very personable and knowledgeable fellow and the price was reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and have done that to our neighbors.

Description of Work: Our well quit working.I left a message and Greg called us back and told us what he thought it might be and how to fix it. And it worked! He was awesome!! Told us he could be here first thing in the morning if we needed him and if we wanted to fix it ourselves, where we could get the part. You don't find that kind of kindness and help too often these days.
