The whole experience was terrible. Thomas is a great salesman, but do not be fooled; once he has the money, you are screwed. Be prepared for poor communication, a lack of accountability, and poor craftsmanship. They do not monitor the quality of the subcontractors, nor do they care; they only want your money, and they upcharge at every chance they get. When you hold payment because the work is not completed, McCloskey Homes will threaten to stop all work. This guy is a complete liar. My wife and I had the misfortune of having him build our home with McCloskey Homes. I am stuck with the bill for correcting all the items that are of poor quality, and the list is extensive. According to Thomas, all the issues that are wrong with the home are my fault for moving in. There is no warranty, no punch list items will be dealt with, and no damage they caused will be corrected; they just get your money and move on to the next victim. Save yourself the aggravation and find a more competent contractor. I would never recommend McCloskey Homes to anyone.

If you want a guy who will make your life miserable, he would be your guy. From starting finish this project was the most unprofessional company I have ever been around. Zero accountability. He hides very well. No communication. He let's trades trash other trades work. Why because he was hardly ever on the job. This was a horrible experience.

From beginning to end, a stellar job. We demolished part of our house, to replace it with multiple rooms with exacting requirements. Craftsmanship and professionalism beyond compare. Thomas, as well as his crew, is easy to work with and on top of things. Would re-hire in a heartbeat, and consider myself lucky to get him.

Tom is simply an outstanding General Contractor! On my first job, he has removed my home's old wooden facade, stuccoed it and replaced rotting wood. My second consisted of a complete remodel of my Master Bath. My third occurred after he repaired substantial hurricane damage to my roof. I recommend him without hesitation as being a fair, creative and responsive company.

Thomas is an expert for Additions and Remodeling. We did a major change to a Lake-Front house and we are delighted with the outcome of the changes to our property. His work ethic is outstanding and his attention to detail is impressive. He was very accurate on the cost of our project and very fair to accommodate some changes that we requested during the construction. Important to note that we did not know him before this project. We strongly recommend Thomas for home construction or remodeling.

What impressed me the most was his assessment of the project. He asked insightful questions and understood the implications of what I wanted. Consequently, there were no surprises later due to oversight or missed steps. The bid was $1K less than a competitor.

Tom was really great to work with. We liked him and his work so much, we decided to have him do another job for us.

We were completely satisfied with the work done on our Master Bathroom and Living Room. Tom and his contractors were very professional and completed the job within the specified time that he gave. His quote, we felt, was very fair. If any other home improvement projects come up in the near future, we will definitely contact McCloskey Homes again.

McCloskey Homes met all of our expectations and exceeded them in some areas. His attention to detail was exceptional and he never left a mess when he left. We highly recommend him and his work. We plan on calling him for our next project.

He worked for a day and a half tiling, grouting, sealing, caulking, and painting my shower and wall in my bathroom. did a great job for a very fair price. was very punctual and easy to get a hold of. would definately use him again for my next project.

Tom was great!!! He listened to my ideas and made some great reccommendations. He did my bathroom remodel in 3 days and did a wonderful job!!! I love my new bathroom and have had many compliments on his work. He will be starting a project in my garage for me soon and I'm confident he will do a great job.

Tom worked with us to design and build our sunroom. He is not only a great person but a perfectionist. Each sub he used was great and our sunroom turned out as we had imagined it. I would recommend McCloskey Homes Inc for any design and building need. The cost was reasonable, time from start to finish was as planned, the quality first rate.
