+ -1 moreArrived at house in Florida approximately 3:30 pm on a real warm day, turned on everything in house and no air conditioning. Called a friend and he recommended Mark Draper Inc. A service technician was here after 4:00 pm. Very capably checked the unit and there was a bad thermostat and quoted me $350. At close to 5:00 pm, what could I do, as we really needed the air conditioning. I said, fix it! I had a heating business, so I was aware, I agreed to the price, but he knew he had me. He got the wire out and I ended up pulling it in while he fed it from outside. The technician was there about 40 minutes.
Description of Work: Air conditioning was not working.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE GOOD BECAUSE THEY WERE HERE WHEN PROMISED. THEY GOT IT DONE REALLY QUICK. THE TECHNICIAN WENT OVER THOROUGHLY WHAT HE DID. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. HE DESCRIBED IT. HE DIDN'T JUST SAY OKAY, WE'RE DONE, SEE YOU.

+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT, LOOKED AT IT AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAD A TEMPORARY THERMOSTAT THAT WE USED UNTIL THE NEW PART CAME IN. HE CAME BACK OUT AT NO CHARGE AND FIXED IT. IT WORKS GREAT. THEY ARE REAL GOOD ABOUT WORKING WITH US IF WE DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE MONEY AT THE TIME.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A PART ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO MAKE THE THERMOSTAT KICK ON AND OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER.
