+ -1 moreProvider was called on the 12th of February. Left message about having windows washed and provider has never called back. A big thumbs down for lack of customer service.

+ -1 moreTwo man team arrived on scheduled, gave an estimate and began work immediately. I could not be more pleased--so pleased I increased the estimate and in turn the y treated the front door screen which I had not included in the work.

+ -1 moreProfessional, friendly, hard working. We were remodeling the house we had recently purchased. They just quietly worked around the constructions workers and completed the job in a timely manner. They had to work behind some thick that circled the house.

+ -1 moreThey used a commercial window cleaner and used a lot of "elbow grease" (hard work). They had to climb on to window ledges that hold pottery and flowers. This was no problem for them. They were most pleasant and thorough. The entire house now sparkles.
Description of Work: These two woman are both extremely professional and also very warm and friendly. They call ahead when they are on their way or if they will be a few moments late. I have a 2,700 square foot home on a lake with very high open windows; with four rooms which face the lake. I also have windows completely across the front and on the sides. They had a ladder to fit any situation. One works inside and the other one works on the outside to ensure the windows are perfectly clean. They gave me an estimate and told me that the job would take three hours. They worked non stop for five hours and the price was the same. They were excellent workers and very friendly, they were even kind to my granddaughter who is one. I will have them come out every six months.

+ -1 moreThey were professional, prompt, thorough, and just plain nice! They were even great with my lab puppy, who kept stealing their dirty cleaning towels. The windows sparkle!!
Description of Work: They washed the windows inside and out, cleaned the tracks and the sills on a two story house. The big window in the family room is quite high, and they did it with ease.
