"They aren't good about returning calls or keeping their word. First called and left them a message about 2 weeks ago. After not returning my call as they say on their answering service, I called them again and finally spoke to someone. They told me they would call me this week, on Tuesday, to set up a time to come give an estimate. On Tuesday, I didn't hear from them. Today, on Wednesday, I called back to see if I could get the estimate since no one called me back when promised. I left a message again and then when not getting a return call later in the day, I called back and spoke to the lady again. This time, the blame was put on me for not allowing them to get with me when they could, not that it mattered they promised to call me on Tuesday and not returning calls from previous messages. Best of luck on doing business with them."

I am semi retired after 38 years with the US Government and a US Navy Veteran. I provide a mowing service for just about any size yard, residential or business. I also provide a power washing service for driveways and sidewalks as well. I trim bushes and hedges, sidewalks and driveways. Grass and leaf removal included. It had really gotten out of hand I will also have him do my lawn work and possibly some pressure cleaning. He is very polite and efficient. In the pictures below you can see before and after of one of my shrubs that had gotten out of hand."

They also left my sprinkler heads and water shut-off covered with stone. Left one area under tree with no stone at all. The owner should inspect work after completion but he did not."

Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
