+ -1 moreMr. Sparks took two hours to do a free inspection on an electrical panel for replacement. The reason it took him so long is he stopped looking after about 15 minutes and brought up Black Lives Matter for no reason. Within just a few minutes he began repeatedly yelling the N-word and saying that Black people needed to learn their place and be deferential to white people. He claimed protestors should be shot, and then drew a comparison to his time in Vietnam. He then called Asian people “g—ks” and made several sexual comments about Asian women, then began bragging about hiring trafficked women to “clean” for him. Any time we spoke against what he said, he turned red, got agitated, and stepped forward, despite us trying to social distance because of the pandemic. It took a long time to get him to calm down and leave. I will never hire him for anything, and if he ever comes on my property again it will be trespassing.

+ -1 moreHe was fine the last time I used his services. He was professional. prompt, and efficient. However, I tried to contact him a few times for plumbing work and he never responded. At this time I would not recommend his services.
Description of Work: Sparks Plumbing and Electrical performed work for me twice in the past. However, most recently I contacted him for plumbing.
