I called them all and spent several months deciding before I chose Shore up. Why? I had a lot of questions and Eric either picked up the phone when I called or returned my texts & calls promptly. He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. They kept me informed throughout the process. They rescued my old home and treated it with care. I feel confident recommending this company to anyone on the fence about raising or stabilizing a foundation. They are genuine Home Savers that care about the quality of their work and treat the people they help with respect.

Shored Up Showed Up! Chase Watkins , his foreman Ben and technician Jackson all worked together with the same mission in mind, I got great customer service, quality work, and all for a fair price. Chase worked my pool deck project in the minute a cancellation came up and the team showed up the next day. They not only did a great job but also advised me on how to avoid future problems. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing foundation services.

This was the first time I had hired a company to do concrete leveling. I was impressed with the whole process. Eric came out and explained how it was done and the technicians came out and did the work. They were very professional and when they left they made the area look so much better and cleaned up. My encounter with Shore Up was just amazing! I was extremely well taken care of right from the start during our sales meeting with Chase. It was clear that he knew a lot about the needs of the house and that we appreciated that. Not to mention non-pushy but consistent follow-ups on satisfaction and needs, which put us at ease. Again, we were in awe when Adlai and his team, Clay and Corey, arrived. The degree of communication and professionalism was astounding. We were unaware that businesses such as these still existed. Their workmanship was astounding, and they had costs that were lower than those of other organizations. Adlai even demanded that our yard be mowed and that pine straw be placed in the areas where they disturbed the ground. Our house appeared immaculate compared to the beginning.
