Description of Work: Honest folks, but price quoted shocked the daylights out of us! The sq footage rate is far above what we are accustomed to where we currently live! We felt the quality would be good, but are not over the vast difference in cost estimate figuring! Very responsive, timely, and professional in demeanor and knowledge. If we win the lottery in the near future, they will be getting the first call, but until that happens, we'll continue to pick up pennies from the parking lots for the future. Great folks.

+ -1 moreIt was substantial price but comparatively reasonable. They quoted about $50000 to $60000 approximately. They were reasonably prompt in showing up. They presented an incredible proposal. They seemed to be quite competent.

Description of Work: Mr. Ledford built a metal roofed open side porch on my house approximately 6' x 15'. His price was very competitive. The quality of the materials was first-rate. The work was started and completed on schedule. His attention to detail and overall finish of the work was excellent. I had absolutely no complaints. I would definitely use him again. In fact, I just hired him to build a metal roofed entry porch for a detached garage office
