I am very happy with the excellent work completed by Hunter Handley and Brad Tillman of Alpha Foundation. Their attention to detail is evident in the final product. My driveway, patio, and walkways are again a pleasure to see. Everyone I have worked with from Alpha Foundation can be proud of their work.

Zack Ludecke, Jaydon Godwin, and Omar Gonzalez were the crew that helped me out. Their service was absolutely fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and make sure all of my questions were answered. They did a fantastic job encapsulating my crawlspace!

Hunter and Brad were great! Hunter knew his product and process well and made sure we did too. He went above and beyond good customer service/.

Josh was great. Clearly knew what he was looking for and educated me well on what he was doing while he did it. Very knowledgeable and shot me straight. Even arrived early!

We just had our system installed and would like to compliment Felipe, Malik and David with the Apopka office for their professionalism and courteous service. They were able to actually jack up the back of our house evenly, enough so all the closet doors open and close easily again! We also highly recommend Efrain Borrero, the sales person who gave us all the original information. He inspected our house and made some great suggestions, the quote was very fair. Great job!

The work they did on my floors was exceptional. Danny Navarro's inspection was detailed and he honestly explained the problem and how it could be repaired. On the day the work was done, Anthony and George were super focused on the details, reviewing the status of each injection, refilling. They were very careful and explained every step of the process.

What an awesome experience with Alpha Foundations! My sales expert Alex took his time explaining everything to me, and gain my trust in the company and process. Then Luke, Logan and Burke arrived on time, explained the process, what I should expect and answer all of my questions. Very professional throughout the entire process! They finished right on time, cleaned everything and made sure that I was satisfied. Overall my experience was awesome. Thank you!

DO NOT use ALPHA FOUNDATIONS! They promised quality products and professional services, none of which we received. The salesman promised stabilization and leveling of our home with no issue, then once the construction team arrived, they demanded us to sign a damage waiver for the work. They charged us for the incomplete services. Their sales representative/s mislead us with their sales pitch just to get the sale; plus, they never mentioned any possibility of unforeseen issues. It took months for us to get an appointment, and then they canceled the morning they were to start the work (a text at 6:15 am). After rescheduling, they informed us that the work they were to complete could not be done without damage. Alpha Foundations is not a trustworthy company. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I have no faith in the workmanship of this company. Poor communication. Horrible service. Unreliable foreman. From beginning to end, this was a horrible experience.

Jacob and Josh were great! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain every step they did in detail. Two great guys with great attitudes. I would definitely recommend this company, especially with these two guys doing the job.

The team showed up on time and did an awesome job! They told us it would be easy and they'd clean up after and they actually did! If you didn't know they were coming, you didn't know they had been there. Nick, Dylan and Cris worked outside in the scorching sun, but got the job done right! Cooper and Reese followed and shot the foam to raise our areas back to normal! All these guys were awesome representations of Alpha and so hardworking and nice! Thanks Guys for getting our house back to normal forever! Highly recommended! There are other 'cheaper' solutions out there, we wasted our money there first, I recommend just spend the money and do it right the first time, hire Alpha and their great team!

I had 3 contractors come out before deciding on Alpha Foundations. I wasted time and the floor sank another 2 inches. The entire crew went above and beyond my expectations. They raised the floor 6 inches in some areas saving me costly interior repairs. My family didn’t want to put the money into the repair, but now I know our home value just doubled. Thank you so much Jose, Javid Ellis and your hard working and compassionate crew!

I was impressed with Alpha Foundations from the first contact. They were all professional, informative, and reassuring. Coming from Maine, I had never had any experience with a slab foundation so was extremely concerned when the walls started cracking. Jordan went out of his way to schedule the work during our stay so that I would not have to extend my stay. Jordan, Kalod, and James, we’re so careful working around my plants that I did not lose any. I did not expect that. They cleaned up so well that you would never know that they had been there. Matt and Malcom did the follow up foam work inside. They were meticulous and again, one would hardly know they had been here. I had recently had my floors tiled and was expecting to have to arrange to have damaged tiles replaced. There is no need. I was able to detect where they drilled and re-grouted but others could not without the areas being pointed out.I cannot sing high enough praises for this company and Jordan, Kalod, Peter, Matt, and Malcolm.

Great company and group of employees. The whole process was explained in detail. They arrived as scheduled, on time and completed the job, within the designated time frame. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again in the future.

DO NOT USE!! They made my foundation worse and practically ran off the job. They left the metal jacks I paid for under the house but they are just sitting there and not supporting the floor. Stay away.

Zach Long was our initial contact who came evaluated cracks and gave quotes for work. Tyler’s crew was the best! Install of piers went well. All questions and concerns answered before during and after install. Highly recommended if you see any cracks in the interior or exterior of your home.

They were efficient, prompt, knowledgeable and hard workers.

The salesman was friendly. Promises were made but not kept. I came back out and basically said, "it is what it is."

Ryan and Matt did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly without rushing around. They clearly knew what they were doing.

Cannot say enough about this company. We did not get any work done from them but Haley compiled a list of companies that could help us with our foundation issue. They took the time to not only find out what our problem was, but get us in touch with the right people. Great customer service!

Tyler and Brandon did a wonderful job. They were very professional and personable. They handled difficult locations easily and cleaned up completely when they finished. We were really impressed. Thank you so much!

Spencer was our point of contact. He provided estimate and scheduling. Chance & Garret and Parker & Chad completed our jobs. We had a retaining wall that was leaning and a concrete pool deck with numerous cracks. They repaired it all in two days. Very polite, on time, communicated well, cleaned up. Would use them again and highly recommend the company!
