ago. The patio severely leaked from day one in many areas. He sent a service repair to spay foam all over and just made a mess did not repair the leaks. Tony continued to promise to be there, I would take the day off and stay home and he never showed. This has happened 6 times. Now the Patio leaks through all the light sockets and fans he installed. I had another company come out to estimate repair since I'm sick of Tony's promises and they didn't install it right I have to have the whole thing removed. In addition the electrical was run on the outside of the ceiling with tape over it. If it frays the whole Patio can electrocute someone.

We contracted Tony and team after some conversations to do the job paid on turn key based on risk. We were happy with the final outcome. The management of the project was challenging through the process but still completed to satisfaction after delays. Days after done some heavy rains poured and the roofs started leaking across all beams. after several attempts and months later, we couldn't get them to come fix it with many excuses given along the way as to why they didn't show up (even after confirming appointments). We gave up and ultimately had to fix it ourselves. Nice people, hard to get after leaving premises and lousy customer service.

This company is a scam. They requested 50% of the money up front and never filed for permit or returned our calls. They never did any work and stole our money. Just Google them and read the rest of the bad reviews and run

Recol provides a beautiful product at a very good price. They installed aluminum covers for 2 carports, and 1 cover for the back patio. Once they finally got started, the installation went quickly and professionally. The installers were very polite and minimized the mess in all areas. The quality and appearance of the final product far outweighed the challenges we experienced – including a major delay in the project start because of their scheduling issues. Their products are great for the price – just arm yourself with patience if you start experiencing delays.

The job was truly outstanding. The price was very reasonable. But it took then about half a year to get the job and I had to call about 30 times for them to do the work, so they are extremely slow. They promised me days they would be there and then wouldn't show up.

Less than 24 hours later, I cancelled the contract via Fax, Email, Text and a phone call. Itold them, before the bank opened, to NOT deposit the check. They did anyway. I waited the required 10 days for them to return my funds, as per the contract. They never did. They have not done ANY work, even though we tried to renegotiate for a different job and price. To date they have bot broke any ground. They have not presented any plans. They tried to obtain a permit, but the check bounced. No work has been done. I even offerred him a way to pay me back monthly, no interest, no extra costs, at $1500 a month. To date, they have refused. Looked at their BBB rating...not so good!! Don't use them, not trustworthy.

This is a very honest company. Their charge was exactly $500 less than my insurance estimate and they had no prior knowledge of my insurance estimate. Other people I know who had similar work done as a result of hurricane damage ended up paying $30,000. This company is outstanding.

They were punctual after the work started and I would use them again.

Before they started work, I was getting estimates. I spoke to many contractors for a year, and got plenty of estimates on work and the permit fees. I know that the permit needed is $250, but this company was going to charge me $2250. I have decided to go with another company based on this experience. He offered to do the work without a permit, which I didn't want to do. He then quoted me the extremely high price for the permit. He made it sound like a huge deal to get the permit, but the other contractors I've spoken to consider it part of the job. He was just trying to pull one over on me.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. I AM ENJOYING MY NEW PATIO.
