Description of Work: First they missed three promised install dates. They brought out and put in/down the wrong plants and mulch. Mulch was infested with huge carpenter ants and they put it down anyway which infested my flower beds and yard. In the end they made it all right but it costs me more money to do it. Wanted my yard done so I just paid it. I really feel like I got ripped off!!!

Description of Work: They got here on time, they had all their own tools to handle anything I asked them to do. They understood the scope of work and not only did the job better then I expected and as much or more then I expected they even did an amazing clean up of everything and all areas they worked in. They even skimmed my pool and they had their own pool net. I was impressed. I highly recommend PINK AND GREEN LAWN CARE.

Description of Work: Pink and Green sent Eddie to the house for a consultation. I expected more of consult in the form of he would look at the property and come up with some creative ideas. Eddie came out, on time, showed me a book of plants they have, some of the properties they have finished, and basically let me decide what I would like, and where. Which was fine, I was just looking for a little more creativeness. I have to admit, I was comfortable telling him what I absolutely love and what I absolutely do not like, so that worked out. Eddie is very nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the plant life down here. He was also excellent about being right on time, and calling me back whenever necessary. The two gentlemen that came to plant were Excellent. They allowed me to bring plants all around my yard to see where they looked best before digging. They were also very knowledgeable about the plants and where they would flourish. The plants themselves were of Excellent quality. I was very pleased with this company and all of the employees I dealt with. I will recommend them, and use them again.

Description of Work: It was nothing else but a sales pitch to take over the lawn care. I had some problems with the sprinkler heads, but was told everything was O.K. Not really, because I still have the same problems.

Description of Work: Sprinkler 'tune-up'. I had one head that needed work and he did that at no extra charge. Good experience.

Description of Work: They showed up and we talked about what I wamted and they were suppose to emails ideas/ quotes. A month later I contacted them again to send me something. A month later I contacted and asked if they could just trim my trees in the back yard and call it a day. I still got nothing and honestly I would rather get my money back

Description of Work: All the sprinkler heads were checked and several were replaced. Two of the sprinkler heads also had to be dung out of the lawn.

Description of Work: Planted: 12 Ixora Florida Sunsets, 12 blue daze (6 inches tall) 3 African Iris Grass around ramp, mulch areas (9bags). 7hours of labor of which 2 guys worked less than 2 hrs. They also planted some hibiscus plants that I purchased.

Description of Work: We set up estimate with them which was a little expensive but there was an Angie's list coupon to pay $1200 for $2000 of work. When we asked about the coupon they refused to honor it. So we did not proceed with the work.

Description of Work: Of All the services I have used from Angies List...This has been The One and Only One that Deserves to be on this List...They were everything I expected from Angies list with out 1 single Issue or challenge...They are true professionals and my apologies for not getting this done on a timely basis...Moving into a new place has been very hectic. Description of Work: We got a special Angie's deal for 8 hours of landscaping, or 2 people for four hours. We had some work that needed to be done. It took 2 hours and they left. They did not ask if there was anything else they could do for the additional two hours that we had paid for. The work was done correctly, but there was more that could have been done and it would have been nice if they asked what else they could do for the additional two hours.

Description of Work: Responded promptly and Eddie came out to consult on 10/1. Although he was great and spent time trying to determine what I want, I concluded that I just couldn't decide what I need for my yard,so we couldn't close the deal. Also didn't purchase lawn maintenance,since it was over my budget for my small yard.

Description of Work: I was in a hurry to get the job/services performed and in my purchase it was stated that I would be contacted within 2 days to schedule the services and I was not contacted to schedule. Also I was not provided a number to contact my the service provider after purchasing the order.

Description of Work: I was looking for a "full-service" lawn care company. I had gotten REALLY tired of the "cut and run" providers that are SO prevalent now. |I've been using Pink and Green for only a couple months so far... but my lawn already looks better and I LOVE that they take care of keeping the ornamentals under control and looking nice.

Description of Work: I understood that either one person for 8 hours or 2 for 4 hours would arrive at 9:00. Three people arrived after 9:30 - the third seemed to be the supervisor and acted mostly as an interpreter. I expected them to give me some advice as to the planting, but they were mostly laborers who quickly put plants in the ground. They worked for only 2 hrs. and then I got a call claiming that I owed them more money.
