Description of Work: I bought the special $79 site inspection plans and estimate and it was a complete ripoff!!! The guy who came out was not interested in our project at all and I had to chase him down for months to get the plans and estimate and never did receive what I paid for. Received only and one page estimate with no description or plans of what was to be done. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company!!!

Description of Work: Well I was in the house the entire time. They called and told me they have arrived while I was still in bed. The men got straight to work with no hesitation. They redid the entire backyard by getting rid of all the weeds and putting down new grass. Trimmed the tree as well. Cut the grass, new mulch, trimmed the shrubs, and edged the front yard. I came out to take a look and I was very impressed. They did an amazing job and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend. Glad to have found you on Angie's List. My first choice. Thank you.

In this case we turned on the sprinkler system, pointed out the obvious problems and wrote up an estimate and gave it to the customer to make a decision. I'm sorry it it felt like a sales pitch but it is our responsibility to make sure our customers are aware of all issues that we see and how to remedy those problems. I'm put in a bad spot sometimes, if I bring up the issues its a sales pitch if I don't bring issues then I am at fault for not addressing the problems. So we simply point out all lawn and landscape issues & explain how to fix them, it's up to the customer to choose our services or not.

Description of Work: The work when actually done was very good, and the owner and Karina were very responsive, but the original salesperson did not do what he said he would- a drawing required by hoa. He never did it and never responded to multiple requests, so the whole project was delayed by about 6-8 weeks, and added extra work/time for me that should have been done by him.... Pretty frustrating, and made me feel like all he cared about was making a sale.
