Quite frankly we are very confused by this review and not understanding where this is coming. We have not received any calls or emails indicating something was wrong. In regards to the pricing, we are completely blind sided that the customer feels this way since the proper procedure is always to schedule an appointment with the customer, provide an estimate with a design and tweak anything that the customer wants to change until the customer is content to proceed. Now, if having her tell us what plants she'd prefer in the design is wrong, well we apologize for wanting our customers to be 100% involved. We always thrive to provide a design that fits well with our customers, some come with preferences of plants that they like and we accommodate by using what is preferred by the customer since this is there home and money. The customer also mentioned warranty for the plants, Unfortunately, all the nurseries we use are unable to provide warranty on the plants, which we always state to the customer before beginning any work. So if this was something of a deal breaker for the customer, that should have been voiced at that time and we would have not offered our services. Now, although we do not carry a warranty, that in no way implies we wouldn't have come out to inspect the plants and changed any that were dying. We always try to make sure our customers are content but we need to be notified if something is wrong, but yet this customer in this case is saying the plants are fine? We are confused as to what the issue is and why bring up the no warranty on plants if the plants are fine? Overall, we do not like our customers to be discontent with our services even if we were not given the opportunity to remedy the situation before a review is given. We are currently in the process of contacting the customer to correct this situation but have not been successful.
