Billing is seamless through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) just like a gym membership where your credit card is billed monthly. (Lawn Maintenance for Broward County Only).

Description of Work: Advertisement stated that they would mow a large yard and do all the hedge trimming, etc. Our yard is very small, on the first visit they only clipped half of our bushes in our backyard and we were told this would occur once a month. Our bushes have not been clipped since in the backyard. Also, they sprayed a fertilizer on our bushes out front and they are full of dead brown spots.

We completely disagree with the review provided by the customer since he never responded to our emails, text messages or calls. We tried numerous times to get feedback on the designs we provided and the customer never returned our call. We apologize if the customer feels as though he didn't receive what he was expecting, but he never gave us an opportunity to speak with him again to see how we can go about making any changes necessary to appease him more. Without receiving the proper feedback its very hard for us to know what the issues are. Nevertheless, we recently tried to contact the customer with no luck in hopes of remedying any negative concerns.
