In this particular instance, we as a company provided the services that were paid for. We put down some sod and both we as a company and the customer agreed that the sprinklers were in working order before he went out of town for an extended period of time. This customer had lawn service with us, so we were coming out to the property just about every 10 days. During this time the sprinklers were either shut off or not working, we offer a fertilizer service that includes a sprinkler check monthly but this customer did not have that service. When the customer came back into town, he noticed the grass was in poor condition from not being watered. The customer expected us to replace the grass at no cost because he went out of town and did not know his sprinklers were not running. We had no idea he was out of town and we were never notified that he wanted to add sprinkler maintenance to his service, unfortunately we are not able to provide a service that is not requested or paid for. We understand the frustration of having grass do poorly but we were not to blame for the neglect of the sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Making an appointment was easy. They followed up with when they were going to come out and were at the house for 4 hours. They had to go to another job, so didn't finish everything, but I had purchased a 4 hour package, so I understood that they couldn't finish in the time allotted. They called to come back out and make a new appointment.

Description of Work: Ask for a landscape cleanup with some added plants. One side was to be a hedge to cover the garbage cans. A year later the "hedge" is about 1.5 feet tall. Most of the plants have died that were planted. The design was poor. The sprinkler lines were broken so they had to come out and fix them and to this day the line was broken does not work. I was just too over the situation to even call and discuss it with them. The staff was friendly but just did not get the quality I was looking for.

We sincerely apologize that your satisfaction was not met but this was a job that was completed back in August 2014. It's been more than a year and yet until now, we are being told there's a problem. It's quite unfair to us to be notified in this manner, instead of a phone call or an email explaining the situation to us to see how we can go about and remedy the issue. Pink and Green values each and every review left by our customers, and we hate to hear that one of our customers was not satisfied. But please understand, that in order for an issue to be solved you must speak up in a timely manner to have it remedied and this was simply not the case.
