Description of Work: The men working came on time, they worked hard, but I was worried about re growth of tree. I was promised by the office manager they would come back to drill into the trunk and put chemicals down. The tree started to re grow. They did not come back and I had to get someone else to complete that part. They did cut down the tree and take it away. But I was disappointed they didn't keep their word to me or return my call.

Description of Work: They extended back patio, adjusted the bricks around the pool in need of repair, improved the design of the front yard, by redoing and replanting, sodding the back, front and sides of the yard, new sprinklers, head, new connections etc, (which they returned to adjust it later), new plants. Cut overgrown trees, removed all debris from property. Large crew was on the property and work was done very quickly.

Description of Work: Trimmed trees on my property. The team was great and very fast and efficient. j They went over and above cleaning up and leaving everything clean and need. Supervisor Josua was the best!! his guys Alex, Victor and Robbie were also hard workers and very pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone!!

Description of Work: While definitely an established and responsive company they don't have the expertise in this business. Our lawn has completely gone bad and fruit trees have been dying. Their landscapers skip the monthly visit while still charging the amount. Their reason for our lawn dying has been excess water but the sprinklers were turned off by the HOA for a long time. Also to call out is the fAct that we had a brand new lawn installed last January and it was perfectly fine till September. I would stay away from this company and feel very disappointed to say this.

We apologize if our service was not the right fit for you. Our fertilizer tech comes once per month to apply a 100% Organic product. There are some varieties of trees and plants that may need a little more TLC and specialized products if a problem arises and unfortunately we only use an organic product, so if there was a pest or the like, our product would not be able to treat it only prevent it

Description of Work: Crew undertook a foliage trimming and cleanup. Everything was done with electric shears, no hand trimming of delicate plants. Much of my landscaping looked as if it got a burr haircut. The crew also broke one of my 5 foot tall yard lights at my pool. I have been looking for a permanent gardening team but will not use Pink and Green in the future.

Its true we did raise her rate however we told her that might happen. When she first signed up we quoted her a price and she said that it was to high, so we told her that we would try it at a lower rate for a while but if it was taking to long for the guys to maintain her yard then we would have to increase her prices. We call and discussed that it was taking longer than expected she said she understood and it was fine. Now we are getting a bad review? It was $35 to cut a lawn 10 years ago and the prices have not change. But the cost of doing business has gone up. We are trying our best do provide a service, by the book(license, taxes, workman's comp, etc) but we can not compete with those who do not follow the rules. We strive to answer the phone when you call, respond by call, text and email to all needs, we have simplified the billing process and do our best to keep the same crew worker so the know your property. As you can see we have lots of A reviews and we really try our best.
