We are sad to hear the customer did not like the plans provided. If we would have been told, we would have made the necessary changes to fit the vision the customer had for there landscaping. Feedback is the biggest thing for us. We have no problem revising designs until our customer is completely happy, we just need to be made aware.

Please keep in mind before reading our response below, that we've never even had an opportunity to perform any work for this customer, and we're receiving a "D" without them even knowing the quality of our work. We have hundreds of verified A's and existing customers, that have been with us for years, this alone will tell you our service is outstanding. Now with regards to this specific review, the customer called in for lawn care/fertilizer service quote. We tried to run through our customary pitch which provides all the information to our customers of the services we provide, why we provide the specific services and also pricing. The customer who called didn't allow for us to ask the appropriate questions in order to provide the quote needed and was trying to rush us through. Just rudely kept saying I don't need to hear your pitch just give me the price. But in order to give him pricing we needed his address which we ask for through our pitch. So once we were able to get him to provide his information we were able to quote him. Once he received pricing, he kept saying NO! That's not the best price! Give me the best price! We apologized again and explained why this was our price and someone on the phone in the background kept saying push her to give you the best price. And so he kept being rude and we told him sir, unfortunately there's nothing more we can do for price, its based off a special calculator created to provide accurate pricing and he responded I don't like your tone and hung up. Our goal is to always provide a pleasant experience when you call Pink and Green. But if your intentions from the beginning is to be rude then sadly we get the bad end of the stick :( We work so hard for our reviews and this is just disheartening.

This review is quite incorrect. This customer purchased a coupon from Angie's List requesting a design for Landscaping. We created the design and emailed it over to the customer along with the proposal. We have a email from the customer confirming receipt of both the design and proposal with her even responding " Just got the last proposal last Friday and we will decide this week as we have more questions. Thank you, BG" The designer after a few days of not hearing from the customer, followed up with a phone call, text and an email with no response but yet we login into Angie's List and see this negative review from the customer. We are a small family owned business and every review means a great deal to us. We understand nothing is perfect or goes perfect but that's our goal, to always provide 100% satisfaction to our customer. So to receive this review stating incorrect information is disappointing. We tried reaching out to the customer but all communication has been ignored.

This customer reached out to us right before leaving this review requesting a refund because she truly did not want to do any landscaping at the moment. Unfortunately we were not able to because lots of time was spent meeting with her and designing the Landscape she stated she wanted for her home. Once we drilled down to the specifics she wanted and worked around her pricing, she then calls for a refund. Honestly we were caught off guard with this. We understand, if you purchased the coupon in error, or simply we as a company did not provide what was expected. We also know some customers, buy the coupon for a visual and in the end use it to do there landscaping themselves to save cost. We completely understand all that. But this customer wanted us to go through the process with her from A-Z. We work very hard to provide quality service and to receive a D when in her grade breakdown she gave us an A for professionalism, an A for punctuality, a B for responsiveness, but yet did not provide a grade for price or quality and somehow we end up with a D as an overall grade? For those of you reading and are not able to see the breakdown of the grade given, this is for you. Every review means a great deal to us whether good or bad but this grade is unfounded and definitely not fair to give. Its truly disheartening.

Description of Work: They fumigate and fertilize my backyard monthly. David who works for them is super professional, very thorough and doesn't mind taking the time to answer any of your questions.
