+ 2 moreWe found the invoice confusing. It showed the $299 for 4 hours of work plus a total to include the mulch. When we called the office to get a breakdown on the mulch, we were advised the total of the invoice was for the mulch, which included purchase, delivery and spreading. This meant that the total on the invoice did not include the $299. We found this to be cost prohibitive for us so elected to follow up with the yard cleanup and trimming only. The two workers arrived as scheduled. They were professional and did a great job, conferring with us as they went along to insure we were satisfied. We would definitely use Pink & Green again.
Description of Work: Provided estimate to trim trees, bushes and weed garden areas as well as mulching.

Within a day of purchase we were contacted by Pink & Green's support staff to schedule an introductory assessment meeting. Eddie came out and listened to what we wanted. He offered advice and guidance and spoke with us about various plants which would work well in our yard. Eddie met with us on two occasions before the start of the job, ensuring that he understood what we wanted to accomplish. We scheduled his crew for a Saturday. They arrived right on time! They were extremely polite, courteous and skilled. They did what the best service providers do; they listened. We had several beds which required landscaping. We picked up the plants in advance (however Eddie also offered do so for us). Eddie's crew planted, mulched, cleaned and trimmed. They left our yard looking wonderful, really wonderful. My fiancée was extremely happy with the work; and she is a perfectionist. When the work was complete, Aron, one of the landscapers, suggested that we test the sprinklers to make sure the new plants all had sprinkler coverage. He noticed that there were a few areas which needed greater coverage so he changed sprinkler heads to allow for maximum hydration. Great work guys! A+.

+ -1 moreI had a lot of problems with them. I had to go through the big deal things to get it resolved. There were no additional charges. They weren't qualified to perform the service. The deal was a comprehensive sprinkler evaluation checkup. The person who came to my house didn't know anything about the sprinkler. He told me that he'd get another individual but nobody came by. I called them but nobody called me. I couldn't get a refund so I had to live with the poor service that I got. The price was a good price.

I was called and an appointment was setup the salesman showed up on time and went over the details at that point I come to find out they don't do any waterfalls. Called Angie's list and a refund was issued without hesitation.

+ 1 moreI purchased the Big Deal for 8 hours of labor or 2 people for 4 hours of labor. Aaron and another gentlemen showed up within 15 minutes of the time they were to start and took care of both areas in about 2 hours, so I had them help me set up a fountain, plant some plants in the front flowerbed, put down 12 bags of mulch, trim a few trees and some vines that were coming over the fence, from my neighbors yard. When they were through, they made sure all areas were thoroughly cleaned. I am very pleased with the quality of work!
Description of Work: I had an area in my yard, where the prior owner had piled up some landscaping rocks. I wanted them removed and sod put down, as well as another weed filled area dug up and sod put down.

+ -1 moreThe person came out and was very nice ....I purchased the $79 deal in hopes of getting someone to give me multiple ideas with computer added visual drawing and that's not what I got. I guess it's partly my fault also before I purchased the deal on Angie's list I should have asked for more detail but since most companies do that for free I thought I would be getting something more in depth. I thought the quote was also a little on the highside, I did not use this company because of the cost and because after I was provided the hand drawing I still had know idea how visually it was suppose to look and that's what I thought the $79 deal was suppose to do.

He was much more informative than our normal lawn service. We needed up switching our lawn service to this company as a result of their good service. They were even able to correct some mistakes our previous lawn company made. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The landscaping looks great. I might consider using them again in the future if I am going to do more landscape work.

+ 0 moreThey showed up on when they said they would and on-time. I am forced to use a lawn service as both my partner and I are now disabled. The yardwork is too much for us to handle in our current condition. I received a citation from the code compliance officer in my neighborhood telling me I had to correct the messy yard or be forced to pay for the city to do it (very expensive.) For the first visit, I believe Pink & Green did extra work to make their lives easier but to also ensure I was in compliance. I'm very happy with their work and the communication from the office. Billing is clear and easy to pay. I highly recommend this company for your Broward county landscape needs.
Description of Work: Mowed grass on swale surrounding my property, edged along the sidewalks, trimmed back some overhanging bushes. They will do this twice a month during the cold months and 3 - 4 times a month during the growing season. I am charged a sliding flat fee depending on whether it is a cold month or growing month.

The planted some flowers in existing beds and lots of weed removal in the tough area, including stone areas and on pool patio. Guys were very knowledgable about plants and yard work. Description of Work: I found Pink and Green on Angies List and after reviewing several other lawn service companies I decided to try Pink and Green. Luke met me (Board President of Sun and Lake condominium) and he walked the entire property with me and went over everything he thought we needed and would like to make our property beautiful. In the past we had some lawn service companies that just would not do what we asked or wouldn't do what they said they would to so our property suffered from it. When Pink and Green came out they basically had to re-do our property by trimming , fertilizing, pest control , weed control and anything else that needed to be done. It has taken awhile as our grass was nothing but weeds but now the grass is coming back and the weeds are disappearing. They come every month and if there is ever anything we need them to take care of they respond immediately. They are very professional and I am extremely pleased.. I especially like the fact they don't use harsh chemicals on our property. Their fertilizer and pest control are organic and that is important to us .
