It went well. They did a good job, were personable, and listened to my needs.

We are extremely pleased with our new yard. We very much enjoyed working with the landscape designer. He taught us a lot. The landscape designer supervised the workers who installed the sod, soil, plants and mulch. The workers were friendly, diligent and professional. They completed the work, despite a heavy rainstorm. When they were finished, there was extra sod and mulch, which they kindly put in other areas of my yard that benefited tremendously. When they left, there was not a scrap of leftover paper, dirt, pots or anything that we needed to clean up ourselves. Now we are enjoying our new, beautiful blooms. We would definitely use Pink and Green in the future.

Its been going great. I have been using Pink and Green for 3 months now. In the beginning we had a little problem because they went to the wrong house (its VERY easy to do in my neighborhood, I get the wrong mail ALL THE TIME) but they came back as soon as the problem was realized and fixed the issue. They come twice a month in the winter and maintain the lawn. Grass is always cut, leaves are raked, etc. No complaints, it really has been 100% stress free.

Luke and his staff are the creme de la crime of landscapers. Luke is incredibly knowledgeable about which plants grow best in Florida and makes great recommendations. He added a privacy hedge on either side of the house and some decorative plants on either side of the garage. He and his staff are punctual and professional. I love that they wear t-shirts with the name of the company so u know it's not just some stranger showing up in your yard. Makes me feel confident and safe. I also want to mention his supervisor Carlos. He came by one day just to check on everything and noticed the sprinkler system was not working which I had not noticed. He realized a pipe had burst and with my authorization called the sprinkler repair company. He made sure they came immediately because my garden had not been watered for several days. I felt like a valued customer. They take pride in their work

It went fine---coincidentally one of the 2 men who showed up to do the project was here a few days earlier to handle another project. I recognized him and I approached him and my words to him were that my yard was now his yard and that I expected that he would treat my yard like it was his. He smiled, shook my hand and they went to work and didn't stop until the project was. I would recommend Pink and Green to anyone.

The plants are doing well. The sod is lush and green and is thriving. I am very pleased with the job Pink and Green has done. It has handled all my lawn and landscaping needs for about a year now, and will continue to do so.

They came out to adjust the existing sprinkler systems we already had in place. They gave us advice on the best way to take care of our lawn as well as explaining the bugs that I had on my plants. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. My partner dealt with them. My partner was not satisfied. They were supposed to clean all the heads of the sprinklers, and my partner mostly got a sales pitch for extra work, and so we weren't happy. We didn't pay anything additional. The cost was reasonable if they had done their work. They were on time.

The company knows a lot about plants and I would trust them to do the job. I have started the lawn care contract with them.

Didn't go too well. The crew threw palm debris over my fence onto my neighbors property so they didn't have to carry it to their trailer. Instead of trimming around the red bricks that border the bushes, they sprayed ROUND UP. I have six inches of dead grass around the landscaping.

Was late for the quote appointment (although he did call and say he had a flat tire). Took two weeks of prodding from Angie's Concierge to get the quote which was twice the price I received from others. Did not hire.

Carlos arrived precisely at the appointed time. He examined every sprinkler head on my property. He replaced one head and reset the timer. Carlos also gave me some pointers about keeping up the lawn which Pink and Green had replanted last year.

Not a good experience. I don’t believe he knew his craft that well. His cost was very high. I will be using another landscaper. They aren’t the right company for me. They were very nice, polite and responsive however.

The two men that showed up were punctual and extremely polite. They did exactly what I wanted done and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished. This work was done as part of a process to renovate my patio and patio screening. This was the first step so that other trades can now complete other repairs. When the other trades have finished I will be calling Pink & Green for a price to install the new plants. I would, and already have recommended them to neighbors based on the high quality of workers. To be blunt, they didn't look or act like they had been picked up on a street corner and sent to do manual labor.

The work was done well and the guys who did the work were friendly and helpful but the supervisor was nice during out initial meeting but surly on the phone. I was sure he was just misunderstanding me but I did not pursue the matter since the work was done well. I was satisfied.

They were pleasant and responsive but I was disappointed with the work that was done. 1) they charge in advance of the work being done. 2) they were frequently late to service. 3) the crew seems to have damaged my sprinklers. 4) my lawn looks far worse than it did when they started 6 months ago. My neighbors used to compliment the yard (it had been maintained by a different person under the prior home owner), now the comments are not favorable at all. They seem nice enough, but for nearly $200.00/month, I was expecting to see some good results. I gave it 6 months. Unfortunately my husband was not impressed and neither was I. They apparently do good work for other customers. I wish I could have said my experience was equally positive. I grew up in a home with a beautiful lawn, and we have always lived in homes with nice yards. This home had a beautiful lawn when we moved in. The lawn is no longer beautiful and the shrubs are not well maintained.

The Pink and Green crews always came when they said they were and did the job promptly, but without tearing up the lawn like some yard crews have done (crews whose main objective was to do it quickly rather than well). They cut, edged, trimmed the bushes and removed palm fronds, as well as providing periodic organic fertilizer. Overall very pleased with the service. A little more expensive than the previous company, but a higher quality job.

I really wasn?t that happy with it. They came out and gave me a quote and a little hand drawn thing of what the suggestion was. That was it. I could have got that just by calling up and saying that I wanted to do something. They would have come out and done that. I wouldn?t have to pay $100 for it. He did respond within 2-3 days with what his proposal and suggestions were. Update: Company contacted me to review my issues and sent another rep. out to review my request. Very happy with this service as I received a computer rendering of of the proposed changes and quotes to complete the same quickly after I approved.

I've been using Pink and Green as my lawn maintenance service for over a year, and they're terrific. They're one of the few services that I've found that adjust their services and cost with season. They charge $40 to cut my large lawn ( front, back and swales), and during the summer rainy season, they come 3x/month because the lawn grows so fast, for $120/month During the winter dry season, they cut back to 2x/month and charge $80/month. The two other (non-Angie's) list companies I checked with wanted a flat $150 - $160/month, all year round, for the same service - cutting the lawn, edging, removing wastes, small shrub trimming. I couldn't be happier with the regular service that they provide. Recently, Luke offered a special of $150 for 4 hours of landscaping - installing or removing - and since I needed to install a new fence and had to clear the fence line (some of the ficus had grown through the chain link fence), I took him up on that. I was hoping that we could get the majority of the big stuff that needed a chain-saw cut back, and then I could do the rest myself on several additional weekends. Well, he sent out a young man named Aaron, and Aaron worked steadily, non-stop except for an occasional sip of water, for 4 hours. I worked alongside him, doing about 1/3 of the work he did, and after the 3rd hour, I was so tired I could hardly walk. With 45 minutes left, all twelve 10 foot high ficus had been cut back, with all the debris throw into and filling up his 20 foot trick, and he cheerfully asked if there was anything that needed to be done. I staggered to my feet and pointed out some huge bamboo palms that I'd planned on trimming back next week myself, and in 25 minutes, he had those all trimmed back as well. This is a wonderful, family owned company, and I highly recommend their services - you won't be disappointed.

I bought this "Deal" on Angie's list and called the company to inspect my sprinkler system. I told the technician that the specific reason I had scheduled this appointment was because some of my sprinkler heads were so overgrown with grass that I thought they weren't able to pop up when activated. I'm sure my system needed a tune-up anyway, but this was the primary reason for my call. When the technician left, I saw that he hadn't really done anything noticeable to clear the clogged sprinkler heads. I ended up having to go out and pull the grass myself by hand. I'm sure he did inspect and adjust my system, and maybe all the sprinkler heads were still popping up OK, but after I asked him specifically about this I kind of expected him to clear the grass away from the sprinkler heads.

3 months of weed control as purchased was fine. Carlos was great, and weed spray was effective. Decided to try the company for regular cutting for $30 per visit as advertised on their website. They upsold me for and extra $10 for weed control, and then backtracked and said that's not for the lawn, only for flower beds and only after I had already paid for two visits @ $40. Then instead of bill being reduced to $30 as advertised and repeatedly requested, next invoice came in for $45 per visit, with no explanation. Office manager knew I was angry and corrected nothing. Owner was never available and didn't respond to messages or e-mails until after I sent final angry e-mail canceling service. In short, false advertising, lousy and unresponsive customer service and lack of management. No hard feelings, but I wouldn't use their services again, nor would I recommend them.

Scheduling was good and they arrived on time. They did everything within the deal and there were no repairs needed. The sprinkler tune-up went good. I had asked them for an estimate for landscaping and tree service and they are a bit pricy. I called another company on Angie’s list that came in $500 cheaper. Their work was good, but I think their pricing system was a bit high for what I had wanted done.

On 12/12/2014, I called to ask why we hadn't heard anything yet and was told they were really busy because of many responses to the Big Deal. On 1/5/2015, I called again and got a similar speech. By this time, we had gotten THREE more emails from Angie's List about the same Big Deal! On 1/7/2015, I called again and finally talked to Eddie. He was very apologetic and we set up a meeting for 1/14/2015. We expected drawings and plans at that meeting but it became clear very quickly that he remembered almost none of what we had discussed on 12/1/2014. Our meeting turned into a review with more promises of a plan from Eddie by the following Monday - 1/19/2015. We were VERY disappointed by his failure to make any notes or take any pictures or measurements the first time that meant having to start all over. On 1/20/2015, we received 2 emails from Pink and Green: one was 2 computer drawings that bore very little resemblance to our yard or our discussions; the other was a work proposal that was incomplete and very weak on details. We will not be hiring Pink and Green to do our landscaping and we don't feel like we got what was advertised. Because of this experience, it is highly unlikely that we would ever purchase a Big Deal from Angie's List again.
