Luke and his staff at Pink and Green were very responsive to my need to spruce up the front of residence. Luke came up with a plan in less than 24 hours, sending me animated 3D images of the proposal and how it would look, on my property. It really looked good and we spoke about tweaking a few items and adding some mulch. Luke and his staff did the scheduled work and more! They trimmed some trees in front of the residence and took out some old bushes and really made the property look great! I send pictures to my family in New York and they could not believe the great transformation of my front yard! I was very satisfied with the quality of work, the service, the price, and the ideas proposed by Luke and his staff, at Pink and Green. I recommend them highly, without reservation. I know that future customers will be treated with the same quality customer service and professionalism, which I encountered from Pink and Green. Thank you Luke and staff for a job well done. Would I use Pink and Green in the future? Absolutely!

Luke Hansford, owner, took pictures of the property, drew up plans and provided a simulation of the landscaping. Removed all existing hedges and bushes, prepared the planting areas, fertilized, added new plants and small trees, and mulched all the plant beds. Clean up was excellent. Crew was efficient and knowledgeable. Immediately responded to a request to replace a plant that was not thriving. Texts and emails were answered promptly. Condo manager will continue pink and green services on a monthly maintenance schedule.

I had a great experience. Luke, the owner, came out on the first visit to meet with me to discuss the scope of work and provide recommendations on the landscaping. He emailed a price quote to me promptly. The work was done pretty quickly at a mutually convenient time. The Pink and Green office seems well organized. I received several phones calls before and after the work. Before to confirm the work date and get a deposit check, and to arrange with me that Luke would be coming to my home during the project (one day) at a certain time to see how things were going and make any project adjustments based on how things were looking. I got another call late in the day from the office asking if I was happy with the work. The work was done by a three-person crew. All were polite and seemed conscientious of their craftmanship wanting to do a good job. Aaron, the job supervisor, was there all day doing work as well as the other two. Aaron listened to me carefully and was polite. As it turned out, I had some problems with my sprinklers and the crew stayed there until the work got done which was approaching sunset. Aaron came back early the next morning to finish repairing the sprinklers, which needed some material that they did not have the previous day.

The crew that came out was very personable, and hard-working! They did not stop until the job was done. I asked them to do some specific things and their answer was "no problem".

Hideous; initial estimator had to be prompted several times to respond to initial request for a proposal/ estimate. Repeated failure to listen to customer requirements resulted in a failure to contract for services. Company contacted and advised that sales associate was ineffective.

At last a professional landscape company NOT run by bunch of ex cons with a truck! We got Pink and Green of Angies List, they are superbly professional. They came out and provided a clear estimate for monthly landscape maintenance and landscape design. I did not use their landscape design service as the initial price quoted was high although they later reduced the price in the final quote but I decided not to go forward with them on that service. However, the lawn service has been phenomenal so far. Luisanna who coordinates the service actually responds to emails and phone calls! They send professional invoices through email. Their workers wear uniforms and work efficiently. Overall I am very satisfied. This is the 2nd month of my service hoping the service levels stay this way for the future and they do not sign on more business than they can handle causing service levels to go down as they grow.

On April 20,2015, I purchased an Angie's list deal of $79 from Pink and Green for a consultation. Two days later Jennifer called and set up a meeting with Luke, the owner, for the following day. When Luke arrived, I showed him my trouble spot - a planting bed bordered by the pavered driveway and the walkway to the front door. I have never been successful in getting plants to survive here,despite repeated replantings. I have no such problems anywhere else on the property. I became convinced that there must be something wrong with the soil. Last year I had to have the house tented for termites, and the crew tore out two of the plants that were too close to the house. I hastily scratched out a shallow hole further away and threw them in because I had to leave. I showed Luke the scrawny plants in the trouble spot and then showed him the two plants I had salvaged. They are full and lush. He agreed to replace the soil and plants. I also asked for a line of bromeliads in front of the bushes across the front of the house, and then took him to the pool area in back and showed him that the bushes on the outside of the screen have sent roots under the screen and are lifting some of the pavers. I asked him to have the bushes completely dug out. On April 30 Aaron and Osmar (spelling?) arrived with the new topsoil and plants. I went over everything again with Aaron and he was perfectly amenable to everything I asked for. They went to work right away, and I found them to be very capable, energetic,and very eager to please. They removed the old soil and plants, and then placed the new potted ones in various combinations until I agreed to the final placements. They then mulched the entire area, cleaned up thoroughly, and left. At the end of the day Jennifer called from the office to ask whether I was completely satisfied with the work. I told her I was. I don't know how to rate Cost of Service because I did not contact other landscape services. I have noticed Pink and Green because of the many deals they offer on Angie's List. I had asked Luke about one of those deals for $1300 covering up to 47 plants and 14 hours of labor, but he said that the specifics I was requesting were not covered under that deal. I will definitely call Pink and Green for any future work.

This was my first Angies List purchase. When I read every feedback comment, I felt confident to try them. I was so happy that this service came bright and early as promised. Very nice professional knowledgable team who trimmed hedges so neatly without getting one leaf or branch in the swimming pool. All through to the end of the session they wanted to make sure that the customer was pleased and everything was done and clean up was excellent. I must say that I would not hesitate to call Pink and Green again to do this type of work as I feel they hire people who really know what they are doing and they are extremely reliable, neat and considerate of the homeowner. I contacted the provider via Angie's List asking for an appointment so that I could get an estimate for monthly law maintenance. After not hearing anything from the provider for three days, I sent a follow-up email. I was then contacted by the provider, and was able to make an appointment for someone to come look at my yard and give me a quote. The representative who came to look at the yard was on time, and was personable and nice. After looking around the yard, he told me that someone from the office would be in touch with me with an estimate. After not hearing anything further for 2 days, I emailed asking for the estimate. The provider never responded to my email, and to date (over a month later) I have never heard anything further from the provider. It was a complete waste of my time. The whole reason I joined Angie's List is to not have to deal with this type of thing.

The Pink and Green representative met me at my house and we talked about landscaping options for my front yard. He asked me what I wanted to do, although I was really wanting more suggestions. He didn't seem very interested in the project and seemed to be in a hurry. After waiting a few weeks, I called to see if they had the analysis completed and was told it was almost done. A few days later I got four computer drawings with some plant clipart in front of the building. Although the woman said I should call them and talk about the drawing to get it the way I wanted, I wasn't excited about the project. The bottom line is that I did not have any signs that I wanted to go any further with this provider.

They do a very good job. Yard looks much better and they clean up very well (something others haven't done).

He came and looked around for 10 minutes. I asked him some questions, and he answered them and that was it. I was expecting more for their fee.

THEY WERE AMAZING! My landscape looks beautiful! Two gentlemen, friendly, polite, fast, efficient, on time and cleaned up everything. THANK YOU! Will definitely use them again!

Just tell them what you need. Even after they get on site. This is my 2nd service within the month.

It was fine. I am waiting to hear from them because I would like to have an on going service with them. They showed up on time, did exactly what I asked them to do- quickly and efficiently. When we reached the end of the time limit, they had almost everything done and were very good about getting it all done before the time runs out. They were very polite and knowledgeable. The yard looked great when they were done.

Original review, update added at the end: We have had many experiences with companies off of Angie's List - usually with great results - this is the only bad review I have ever written. This project has been poorly delivered, with poor service, poor work, and very poor follow through. The problems started right from the beginning with the estimate from Eddie, the original quote was $3747.50, but half way through the project he realized he mis-calculated the amount of stones needed and the new total is now $5247.00. Since we didn't want a half finished yard, we agreed on the new total to get the project finish. The work was done while we were out of town for the holidays, and by the chance we had a chance to follow up with Eddie several weeks had passed. We were dissatisfied that the workers failed to move the portable gas grill, and chose to work around it - thus not laying the landscape paper or stones where the grill was sitting (FYI this was discussed at the first meeting). Eddie admitted to the mistake and promised to talk to the owner and get back to us soon as they didn't want any dissatisfied clients. That conversation was 6 weeks ago, and we have not been able to get this problem fixed to date. We recently noticed another problem with the sprinkler system. The stones being placed were being laid where several sprinkler heads are located. The work order specifically stated that these sprinkler heads were to be capped off. This was not done either - the sprinklers are running under the landscape lining. We can excuse a lot of miscommunication between sales team and work team, but when the issues are brought to attention and nothing gets corrected - this is not acceptable. I don't know how Pink and Green got the rating they did on Angie's List, but my advice - hire someone else to avoid the buyers remorse that we have experienced. UPDATE: the employee that gave me the problems listed above had been let go. When the owner, Luke, learned of my troubles he immediately made things right. The yard looks good, and everything was fixed to my satisfaction including some touch ups that I was not expecting.

Excellent will highly recommend them. The follow up in all the stages of work was great.

The crew that came to our house was awesome. They were prompt and neat and very professional . They worked very hard and we love the Results . We will definitely recommend Pink and Greens services to friends and look forward to our next project with them.

So far, so good. Price for clean-up was competitive. Work was done well yesterday (3/31/15). Awaiting the completion of the landscape consult, which I am sure will happen soon.

I bought a Big Deal through Angie's List and after meeting with the company's representative I decided to do some additional work in my front yard. Luke worked within my budget and designed a very nice landscape layout. Everybody in the company was very responsive and Stephanie and Luke kept me informed at all times of what was going on. The crew that did the installation showed up on time, they were friendly, responsive and professional; they removed the old plants and installed the new plants according to the design. I am very happy with the results.

The crew that came out was not only professional, they were incredibly nice and informative. The crew leader walked me through everything they were going to do, and checked in at regular intervals before they made anything permanent. They even rearranged and fixed my sprinkler system. Loved them so much, I hired them to do my regular lawn maintenance!

This two man crew worked very hard and fast to do an amazing job in just a few hours. They were very efficient and paid attention to homeowners wishes. Total professionals all the way. It was like a miracle taking place right before my eyes. My best Angie's List deal ever.

The personnel who answered the phone were very friendly and helpful. Jennifer was very helpful in explaining the proposal to me. The day of the job, Jennifer called to say the crew were running a bit late. When the crew arrived, Aaron and Omar did a professional job of preparing the ground for a planting bed, filling in with dirt and installing the borders, and then the plants. They made sure to ask us for our input at each stage. They planted a line of bromeliads that had grown out of control in our back yard, after putting dirt and mulch down. Our yard has never looked so good!

We feel at ease knowing that our lawn will be mowed, and we don't even have to think about it! They do an excellent job!
