Pink and Green Lawn Service has been awesome to work with. Prior to contracting with Pink and Green we had service from a large lawn service in the area that never showed up as promised and their work was sub par. Since contracting with Pink and Green my lawn looks great!! They give me the dates they will be here and if for some reason they can't make it they send an email advising the revised dates. Extremely professional!!!! When you call for additional services they are responsive and immediately let you know what they can and or can not do. They have always given me reasonable pricing and I feel that they actually care about what they do. I'm soooo happy with Pink and Green and highly recommend them!!!! You won't go wrong with their personal professional services! Fabulous!!

They did great work laying the new sod. The grass is greener than ever!

Pink and green was very responsive, professional and punctual. They showed up with a large crew and got the job done quickly. They returned the next day for the finishing touches and to ensure we were pleased with their work. We hired them for maintenance and have experienced the same level of service.

They were prompt and came exactly at the day/time promised. Everyone was extremely polite and eager to please, with genuine concern for making sure things looked precisely as I wanted. I'm very happy with the results, and will definitely use them again in the future.

The technician checked all the sprinklers and adjusted the schedule of the watering to set it up accordingly to the season.

I was leaving town for vacation the following week and needed the work done before leaving town so I can see the finished product. Luke was able to get a crew to my house and finished the work before we left for vacation. The whole team was great and professional to work with. My husband had an issue with the mulch installation and Jennifer and Luke was able to talk to him about it made sure he was satisfied.

Very professional service. Ben came by and provided me great ideas for landscaping around my house. The actual work and installation was done very quickly and the quality was great.

The service was good. They came when they said they would and the price for everything that they did even on top of the deal we got was very reasonable.

Tired of excuses and not returning emails/calls.... Dropped them all together and now looking for another landscaper...

We use Pink and Green for our lawn maintenance - we have been with them for approx 4 months now and while we have had a few issues with the crew that comes to do the lawn care, the office staff has been very responsive and that is why we will be sticking with them. When looking for a lawn care company in the beginning, it was hard (almost impossible) to get a quote from anyone. Calls went unreturned, emails were promised to be "on the way" with a quote - but were never received, etc. Pink and Green either answers the phone when called or they return the call quickly and that is a huge thing for me. UPDATE: since I wrote this review earlier in the year, I have had the opportunity to get several quotes from other lawn companies and have discovered that Pink and Green is extremely competitive in its pricing. I feel we are getting a great deal and would recommend this company to others.

I like that they always come when scheduled and do what's required

I have used the service for several months now and am very happy. Most impressive, they provide you with a service schecule and they stick to it. If they are going to change the date, they send me an email to let me know. Never had that before from a landscaping company. I used to have serious problems every year with bugs eating my grass. Ever since they took over and started using the fertilzer it has really made a difference. Customer service is also very responsive.

The person seemed more interested in selling me a lawn care package than in inspecting and repairing the sprinkler system. Had to "encourage" him to concentrate on system.

I had to let my previous provider go because there was no communication. With Pink and Green I get phone and e mail updates on any issue that comes up including last week when they told me that my sprinklers were not working properly and they had fixed them. I find this invaluable. It gives me peace of mind that my lawn care is going properly

This service left my backyard a mess. Neighbors on both sides complained about ficus hedges on their side not being cut. They were charging $70 per cut all inclusive. It just cost $400 for someone to trim hedges and trees in the backyard that pink and green was supposed to doing. They also did not take care of weed control .i had weeds growing through pavers and in planter areas. This company does substandard work and is a ripoff.

I bought a coupon to "tune up" my sprinklers for $70. The sprinkers needed to be cleaned and some heads replaced. (I was expecting to pay an aditional fee for the heads that needed replacement, as this was not included). It was a disaster. It took a long time to have someone over. I wasnt home (my wife was) on the first time, and they couldnt find the water register to turn on the sprinklers. The register was right below the sprinker control panel. So they just left. After several calls, finally, I had someone else over. The person did an estimate ($300) to fix the broken heads and to clean up the others as needed. Not really a "tune-up". I argued that I would pay only the ($230) difference, since the coupon was $70 and they didnt do any tune-up.

These guys are by far the best lawn service I have had ever. They have a schedule - they stick to the schedule and they communicate. Not to mention the quality of work they do - great company and exceptional service.

Good design. I'm just waiting for a new asphalt driveway.

Very impressed with the workmanship, the punctuality and the work provided by Pink and Green. This company has its act together not only on the work they perform but on follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend them for any landscaping needs - we will have them back.

Pink and Green has great people, which make the process enjoyable as opposed to just task oriented. Luke, the owner, came to our house on a Saturday morning at our time of choice to meet my wife and I and discuss what we were looking for. We felt no pressure from him and he didn't rush us. He's knowledgeable but listened. He sent us a first draft within hours of leaving. After my wife and I saw the draft we realized we had completely changed our mind and wanted to go in a different direction. It was no problem for Luke, who simply changed course and sent over another draft. Luke was patient during a couple rounds of revisions offering reasons why some plants should/should not be selected, and why some needed more light than our particular yard allows, etc. Once we had a plan, the crew came in a couple of days and worked sun up to sun down to complete it all same day. A couple of weeks after installation, one particular brand of plant, of which we had about 35, began dying, appearing to rot from the root. On a couple of occasions, Pink and Green came out and replaced the dead plants at no cost, but the same kept happening. After determining that plant just wasn't going to work where we wanted it, they suggested alternatives from which we chose and they installed all new plants, same quantity of 35 or so, all at no additional cost. Those plants are doing well! The P&G team seemed resolute in ensuring we were satisfied with the landscaping. I will look to them for future landscaping needs.

Fantastic. Hard workers who did their work non stop and required no supervision. I had to force them to pause long enough to drink some water.

Great job. I am so happy with my new landscaping. We decided to take out all of our old landscaping and start fresh. Luke came out and spent time talking about our likes and dislikes and gave us a design that was just beautiful. He made adjustments for some of our preferences. His suggestions were not the typical plant materials used in most landscaping in our area. A tropical look, with grasses and flowering plants. When Aaron came out to do the work, he went above and beyond, fixing problems with the sprinklers. He checked in with us each step of the way to make sure we were happy before proceeding. He and his team worked hard to get everything done quickly and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend Pink and Green!

I am extremely please by the work done by Pink and Green. Brianna was a pleasure to work with. She came to the house walked the property with me and made some suggestions and was actually interested in getting my comments and feed back. A few days later she emailed me two options and plans showing the proposed landscaping layout with a computer rendering of my house. She called after a few days to find out what I thought of the options and if I had any changes or suggestions. We went over the renderings, I picked my option and two days later they showed up in this huge truck and trailer. The completely removed the old overgrown landscaping and laid out the plants as per the plan for my approval. Brianna was there to supervise the entire procedure and explained exactly what they were doing. After all the old landscaping was removed they planted all the new plans exactly as per the renderings, mulched the entire area and cleaned up all the debris and left the pace spotless. Brianna to the time to walk my wife and I around the area and explain how to maintain and water the different types of new landscaping. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.m

I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely use pink and green again.
