Pink & Green Lawn Care & Landscaping

I've used Pink and Green's services twice, and will do so again. Their workers show up on time, and are prepared to work.

They talked a good game and started out alright. But they're horribly unreliable. Our lawn and hedges look awful. I would rather cut my grass with nail scissors than rely on these people. Don't waste your time or your money.

This was the second time I used Pink and Green. They did an excellent job the first time designing our backyard and planting several types of plants, as well as putting down sod. They were on time and very easy to work with. Luke, the owner, is amazing. He is accessible, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He checked on the job twice and even had his family with him because they were in the area. The second job was handled by Ben who helped design the front yard job. Again, they did an excellent job. Jennifer, who works in the office, is an absolute delight to work with. Always available and willing to help with any questions or problems. I will use Pink and Green again for future jobs.

The provider was too busy and canceled appointments. We are still waiting for a refund.

The 3 guys did a great job. Truly excellent, They arrived on time and were very careful and worked till late. Yet they still took time to clear up completely after themselves, getting debris out of the pool etc. (I wish our regular garden service provider would do the same). Excellent service. And I have had several in the past that were more expensive and yet terrible in comparison.

Very well, guy they sent was awesome, very professional. I signed up for them to take complete care of my yard.

Purchased a lovely little home in Coral Gables recently where the previous owners and removed the grass and put down a swingset in their backyard. Hired Pink and Green to come up with a landscape design and install and was not disappointed! Great company who is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Ben worked with me on several revisions to the design until it was just right. The installers worked in the blazing sun and then rain and didn't stop until they were finished. Can't wait until the sod and plants are growing and thriving!

The issue with this company is responsiveness. At every step, they failed to get back to me and when I followed up, I would be given an apology and told that some other employee hadn't done what they were supposed to do to follow-up. I finally received a quote of $500 after several attempts. I had received a quote from another provider who was ready to go right away, but for $175 more. So, despite the fact that it was taking many attempts to schedule and no one was getting back to me, I figured it would be worth the extra time and hassle of dealing with their unresponsiveness. When I finally did receive a call from the individual who was going to perform the work, I was informed that there had been a mistake and the $500 quote was per tree. He immediately acknowledged that it was their (one of the other people I had spoken to) fault, and he would meet me in the middle and give me the deeply discounted price of $750.

I spoke with the office twice about tree pruning and sent pictures. I was promised a call back for estimates and never received a return call.

I hired this company back in April. I wanted my lawn to be maintained, small trees and bushes trimmed, weeds handled, normal lawn maintenance. I explained that I have a large hedge that I wold also like to be maintained, was told by the owner no problem this is what they do and he quoted me a price over the phone for everything. After the first couple of times I had to cal and ask why my little trees weren't being trimmed and why my hedge had't been touched. I was then informed that the hedge would have to have someone come out and write me a price, I said fine but i was told it was included. Then the guys came out since the hedge hadn't been maintained it was now overgrown and they said it was going to be a lot to trim back. I was not happy with this since they were the ones who let it grow. They ended up reducing the price and trimming my little trees and bushes and I feel made it right so I decided to give them another go. Then they did a sprinkler check and next thing I know my sprinklers quit working and my grass died, I called and complained they came out fixed the sprinklers and then told me I needed to rake the area that died, I called to complain they said they would do the raking so again I gave another chance. Now another month has gone by my tress haven't been trimmed and I have finally cancelled my service. Hired someone new and when they came out to quote me they couldn't believe how unmaintained my yard was.

Beware of this company! The owner, Luke Hansford , does not know what his workers are doing and does not follow up with customer complaints. He promises but does not deliver a quality service. My first experience with them was the property trim on June 5th. I was told they would send 4 men to work for 1 hour to get the big trimming under control for $160 ($40 per man). Only 3 men showed up - very late - for the hour's work. During the hour one of the crew decided to mow the grass, which was not part of the hour I was paying for, and I observed a second guy checking his cell, cleaning his nails, and standing around chatting with the third worker who was trimming. I called the company immediately with this information and they got a bit busier. They did not trim what I asked them to, and trimmed other things I said clearly I did not want them to touch. They did not want to listen to me and kept reminding me that my hour was up, even though they had not given me any where near a full hour's worth of 3 man work. It was extremely stressful and I decided to pay them only for 3 men, although they suggested I pay for 4 because the 3rd man was a Supervisor!!!!! Nice Try..... I did not feel good about continuing with Pink and Green, but I had no time to find another company since I was leaving a few days later. When I returned home on August 10th, I was HORRIFIED! Everything was overgrown, including the hedge around the air conditioning unit with branches growing into it. Vines had taken over everything since they had done NO trimming at all and palm fronds stayed where they fell. One very heavy frond crushed a smaller flowering tree since it was left there for 2 months. i immediately took pictures on my cell and sent them to Luke, asking that he meet me at my home to see the mess. To this day - Aug. 29th - I have never even had the courtesy of a returned call from Luke, let alone for him to come by and see for himself the poor quality of service I received. While waiting for a reply from Luke that first week back, two of his guys came by and I observed for myself the 10 mins of in and out with little to no edging. Pitiful! I paid them in full for June and July, and did not receive anywhere near $50 worth of care for my property for each visit. I would never recommend this company and am sorry that I continued to pay them in full when I was getting reports that they were not doing the job.

Workmen were polite, professional and Timely. Worked with Ben who completed a consultation and virtual design based on our stated need which they ultimately executed in a timely and effective manner

I messaged over the weekend to have them come out and look at my lawn, give an estimate on bringing the grass back to life and then maintaining it on a regular schedule. They very promptly contacted me on Monday to set up a time for one of their reps to come out. So far, so good. Their rep shows up that afternoon and starts wandering around the yard. Comes in the gate, doesn't ring the doorbell, etc. Proceeds to tell me the grass is dead, sod will need to be replaced. This wasn't a surprise, it needed some help thus the call. He takes a bunch of measurements and says I'll have a quote by the end of the day. Great! Day ends, no quote. Next day, Tuesday, no quote. I call in the afternoon and they apologize, saying they'll contact their rep and get back to me ASAP. Wednesday, no call back, no email, no quote. Thursday, today, no quote. These guys are either too busy for more work, their field rep is simply unprofessional, or both - the typical South Florida all talk, no action.

The job was very well done. I am completely satisfied. I have used Pink and Green before and as before the work was professionally and efficiently completed

Ben did a great job with the plans and tweaked them until I was happy with the look. Aaron and one other man did the installation. All very professional. The team was a pleasure to work with.

Very efficient. Carlos came out to do inspection . Very professional and explained everything. Reset my timer, had no idea it was set wrong. Bet I will save money on my water Bill now! Thank you very much! I will definitely use them in the future. I liked the information pamphlet he gave me. It contained the many services they provide and I am so interested in. Definitely refer them to family and friends.

The company is very professional. They show up on time and complete all the projects on time. I highly recommend this company.

Service was very professional. Carlos checked the sprinkler system out from top to bottom and made any necessary adjustments to the timer, sprinkler heads, etc... He also gave us his direct number if we had any other issues. I would recommend them and will hire again.

Pink & Green really impressed me with the service. They were very friendly and the crew was so efficient. They were in and out in no time and left my property looking amazing. Would definitely use them again.

It was truly a pleasure to work with the entire Pink and Green team. From our initial consultation to after completion adjustments, they always acted with utmost professionalism and responded promptly. We initially had some things we were not entirely satisfied with and they immediately offered a solution without hesitation. Timely service and very good maintenance of my grass and plants

They came in and without using any pressure (which I have to admit I was a little worried about) cleaned my roof. They worked pretty quickly and were super responsive. I had no idea that I could get these kinds of results without using any pressure. Great job!

very professional and courteous from the get go......within 48 hr after paying for the deal I got a call to schedule appointment which was only days later....then rep BEN called to confirm the apt later that day and showed up right on time for the appointment...we exchanged ideas and came up with a plan, and he emailed me design within 48 hrs.....upon my approval, the next day, payment for 50% deposit was made and then the work was done with 72 hrs..... the 2 man crew, small job, showed up on time and completed the job and it came out great...I had some bricks that were dirty and they cleaned them free of charge.....Ben came at the end to confirm the job was to my liking and asked if I had questions... he also offered to send me info on proper maintainence and watering I received a followup call within 90 min after they left where they processing the remaining payment....and offered to help with any future questions......I give them an A......fast, courteous, and professional I thank them all

Sent a 2 man crew. They finished everything in under 2 hours. Beautiful results, great attention to detail.

I had a wonderful experience with Pink and Green. Ben came out the same day and called and provided me a great 3D image of what the finished product would look like. He was patient and prompt with the changes I wanted made. He also gave me great advice on what plants would be best for my backyard. The install was very smooth and Aaron and his coworker showed up at 8:00 AM on a Saturday and worked until 6:00 PM that evening to get the job done. I would recommend Pink and Green to anyone looking for landscaping or monthly lawn care. They have great customer service and are very responsive.
