Pink and Green was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful and professional. Just days after calling them they came out and gave me a quote that was exactly where I wanted to be financially. They were able to come and complete the work within 4 days of the quote. When the job was possibly going to run late because of weather they let me know a day in advance so I could adjust my plans. They addressed every single detail, question or concern I had in a very timely manner. Their work was beautiful and it really took my front yard to the next level. The thing I found most impressive about them was that they always communicated with me above and beyond my expectations. Though I only had a $1700 job, they treated me like it was a $20,000 job. I have already recommended them to my co-workers and will be going back to them when I am ready to do my backyard.

Very professional crew. They did everything I asked and worked so hard. I hope the owners pay them very well. My only disappointment is I asked for pricing on landscaping from the business over 3 weeks ago and no one has gotten back to me yet. I would have like to have had that done before they put down my mulch.

Jennifer handled our project in a prompt and efficient manner. She kept us informed throughout . Our foreman,Scott , was professional and knowledgable and provided great ideas. We highly recommend this company, and will use them for future landscaping projects.

Carlos showed up on Saturday 10/26. He said my system was not needing much besides a break on one of the lines and a sprinkler head that needed adjusting. He said it would cost about $100-$150 to fix the broken line. He could not do it that day but would come back on the Sunday 10/27 after church. I agreed but explained to him that I needed the work done because I was leaving for a 2 week vacation and my neighbor was complaining about flooding her driveway. he said no problem.... He never called or showed up...I left for vacation...came back hoping the work had been done....nope! Received a message from Jennifer asking me if I was pleased with the work that had been done.... I called her back and explained what had happened, she apologize and would follow up with me. I have called 3 more times, each time she apologized and told me she would follow up...nothing... Very sad.... I want a refund of the Sprinkler tune up as well because he changed/adjusted one head that is now worse than it was and has left me with almost dead grass as it has not been watered for almost 3 weeks now. i guess you get what you pay for... they bill you in advance, which its not a problem as long as you get what you paid for... their workers are lazy and do not perform as i had expected...

I cancelled the service since Pink and Green failed to fulfill the terms of the contract.

The yard of my condo was little more than crushed stone -- very unattractive. I have been thinking it would be nice to have a few plants to dress the place up and to create a real Florida "feel." I discovered Pink & Green Lawn Care through Angie's List and about a week ago met with a representative to lay out a design for my front yard. The representative asked me to explain what I wanted -- a tree or two, for example, a bit of privacy along a shared fence and some flowers. He sketched out a plan on paper and the company followed up the next day with a computer illustration of what the yard might look like. I subsequently signed an agreement and less than a week later had a full crew in my yard to do the work. In one day, my old gravel was removed and the trees, shrubs and flowers were planted. I liked the professional attitude of the foreman and his team. In a couple of instances, we changed the plan slightly to take better advantage of the space. My ideas were taken seriously, and it was a very positive interactive experience. They also cut back a tree in my back yard, taking care to protect a few potted plants and my lawn furniture. The team of four was polite, professional and hard-working.

They seemed to do a quality phone interview prior to coming out. I gave them a 'C' for punctuality, which is the net of the guys showed on time, but there was never any follow-up delivering ANY product despite my emails and then calls. I would have been happy if they gave me even something for the front - though, their deal clearly stated that they had no size restrictions. They did not seem to want to live up to that. The deal I signed up for also indicated that they did deal with drainage issues - not sure they do. I told them I surely needed their services beyond design phase and that my arborist was a tree trimmer and not a landscaper. I specifically needed drainage improvements incorp. into a comprehensive design plan. Perhaps more importantly, I wanted a plan with professional advice for tree improvements since there is much work to be done here. I was not at all surprised by the end result. They took next to zero photos when here. They could well have said on the the phone this is not the job for us or said so when at my place. I had the arborist/tree trimmer in after I got zero from them and that time waste. I believe they live to name: pretty colors, little substance. Angie''s List made it right. Buyer beware. Sure they do fine on specific jobs or they would not have the rating they have - but, for me, they took the money and never bothered after that.

I have never been over to the property since starting lawn service with Pink & Green. That being said my tenants are pleased with the outcome. Having many rental homes no news from the tenants is good news. I also would like to add when dealing with the Pink & Green office staff they have been very accommodating to any request. One item which causes me to blow my top is companies who attempt to up sell additional services. I don't fault any company for offering additional services. I simply explain my displeasure with upselling and if I receive another call our business relationship ends immediately. Pink and Green total got it and is welcome to continue with the lawn service as long as the excellent service continues.

I purchased this deal and have called them and left 2 messages to set up scheduling and they haven?t returned my call. I will be finding another company to do this work.

Our experience was fantastic. It started with Ben coming to our home and discussing the project. Ben actually drove me to several homes in the area so I could show him certain looks that I liked. After that he provided a 3d rendering of how everything would look and asked me if he was on the right track. I didn't chamge a thing! On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and were very nice and professional. As they worked throughout the day they were actually running back and forth! Very motivated crew They asked periodically if things were progressing to my liking and they did several little things I didn't ask for but were nice touches. Ex: trimmed my palm trees, adjusted and actually fixed a few sprinkler heads. I can't wait to use pink and green again to do my back yard once my pool is installed.

They come more often in the summer and less often in the winter. I am pleased with their service because they never take advantage by coming more often then needed and they do a good job.

It was very slow at first contact with them. They had a deal that was nice but, I feel that they over charged for the truck haul away. They charged for a truck and a half load of removal but when they got here their truck was already half full. I feel that is where they made up their cost of the deal. However the work crew was very good. They did a really good job trimming the trees. Over all service was good.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for sprinkler tune up. It took a couple of weeks to schedule and have someone come to the house, they came in on a Saturday as I had requested and He checked all the sprinkler heads, cleaned them up and adjusted the timer and gave me great advice over all. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

It went Great. All around everyone was soooo helpful. I needed a simple, clean up, quickly and everyone made it happen. They didn't just put in new plants, but they were able to use what was there, they just moved to spots that were much more appealing and gave both yards updates, quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Would use them again, for sure and would definitely recommend them.

a big disappointment

it took almost a week to receive the project when i was told that it was going to take between 2-3 days. I had to call myself and ask for it. When I received it there were missing items and once again I found myself calling and asking for the designs.

Ben designed and we went back and forth till I was happy with design. My appointment was quick to set. They were behind, because of weather on another job, so they called and explained and came later, which was just fine and understandable. It all worked out, because they had to come back and finish anyway and they could switch out some plants I didn't like in person, also. I'm picky and they did a great job! So nice about it and agreeable. It was finished today, and it will take a month or two for the plants to grow. It really looks great, and I know it will look even better soon. I got the deal 50% off for 1300, but I wanted and needed more plants for my front, side, and back yard. Plus, extras like a border and weed paper. It was a lot of money to spend, but I feel it was well worth it. There were no surprises about the cost, but since I returned some plants, I ended up spending less than what was quoted. I would recommend them, because it was a great experience and outcome. The workmen were just so helpful, and the experienced lead workman gave great advice, and helped make the design look even better in person. I really felt the office staff, designer, and workmen all cared about customer service. So, I think most people will like their services. I was an active part of the process. If I wasn't, I may not have been happy with the end results.

Very happy with the work and the look of my yard. They were also very responsive to all communications.

I hired Pink & Green for our small HOA and they provided the service in a timely and professional basis. Due to their great service we decided to hire them as our lawn maintenance provider.

Their response to my original statements are lies. I have the email trails to support my initial claims as to the timeline of their poor service and pictures to reflect their inferior products. They are a typical "bait and switch" operation which any potential buyer should avoid.
