Pink & Green Lawn Care & Landscaping

Eddie our consultant for Pink and Green was able to present multiple options that fit our budget and was really flexible with understanding our needs. Eddie and the crew were very professional and completely punctual in finishing the job. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a new landscape or an upgrade to your current landscape.

I was not provided with a "digital conceptual plan/drawing of my project". Instead, I was reluctantly allowed to take a photo of a hand-drawn plan of my yard along with an itemized cost of the proposed landscaping. After a quick visit to my local gardening center, I discovered that Pink and Green's quoted prices for plants and materials were, on average, twice as much as I would pay if I bought them myself at the garden center. This is not a good deal and Pink and Green's prices are out of touch with reality. Do not recommend.

It started off really well and then went downhill from there. they did a good cleanup and started the service. However they ended up solely cutting the grass and edging the beds and did not provide any weeding of beds or spraying of weeds on driveway and patio, or hedge trimming (waist level) services as promised when i gave them the contract. I have email proof that this was promised as I knew most landscapers say they will do these additional services and end up just cutting the grass, so if Pink and Green wants to say they never promised this I have proof ready to submit to AngiesList. Even when I forwarded the email to AngiesList saying the promised to do weeding and hedge (under waist) level trimming they ignored to provide these services. I also used their fertilizing service but my lawn grass is full of weeds and their supposedly organic fertilizer was ineffective. i have current pictures (they did service till Jan 31st) to provide this. The ladies in their back-office do a very professional job of scheduling (with monthly email notice), collection calls for payment, etc. Unfortunately the service level does not extend to the guys doing the work - the team is here just to mow the lawn and run. I am disappointed, i previously gave them an A when they started now i have to retract it.

I had an appointment set up for Friday . I was called the day of the appointment that the gentleman could not make it and they would come the next day i said no problem and I waited around all day no one showed or called. Very disappointing customer service. I cant say they did a bad job they never showed to give me a price and I never heard from them again .

The management team was absolutely fantastic. The secretary that schedules everything was fantastic. For the workers, you have to be there when they are doing their job because they don't work that fast unless your there. I had to buy the package again. They were too slow when I wasn't out there but other than that, its a great accommodating company. I was in the middle of a move so I didn't get back to them for months but when I scheduled, they came out that week. They are really efficient. There's a guy named Andrew who oversees everything. They are great people. They are very accommodating, like if there's a cancellation, they'll call you right back. In the front they did a great job. It takes time cleaning the plants out, the ugly plants multiplied and they had to pull them out.

Great company. We dropped another provider because we never knew when they would arrive, they were unresponsive, and the work was sloppy (e.g. left the gate open multiple times which allowed our dogs to roam the neighborhood). Switched to Pink and Green based on Angie's List recommendations. At the beginning of each month we receive an email from Brittany listing the dates the Team will service our property. When on one occasion the gate was left open (we caught the dogs in time!), we let them know and gate issues are now noted on the Team order. We regularly are asked about the quality of the service which, by the way, is excellent. As an added bonus, we are billed automatically to our credit card (no monthly checks!) and we're now paying less for much higher quality work! What a deal!

Although the provider was able to make the appointment to look at my backyard and tell me some backyard recommendations, he mentioned he would not provide me with any sample plans/designs (digital or sketched) unless I agreed to purchase the landscaping package , which would cost me $1000's. For $109 I hoped I would at least see some sample plans for my backyard....

The service has gone well. For the monthly service they send a team so the service is performed quickly, 15 min's or less. They have also done yard work for us removing/trimming trees. This was done very well and efficiently. We requested that they come back to remove some excess rocks that were not visible (probably deposited when the bushes were initially planted). This was unanticipated, but they did send the team back to remove as much as they could without any additional charge. The responsiveness has been very good. I periodically receive emails asking me how they are doing and to let them know how they can do better. One month I was inadvertently double charged on my credit card. Not only did they send me a check for the extra charge, they only charged me 1/2 of the monthly service, $35, for the following month. They made it right.

Pink & Green were very responsive after I purchased an $89 tune up of sprinklers; they were highly communicative with respect to my busy schedule and ability to meet up to perform the walkthrough and tune up. The representative at corporate was very professional and accommodating as we had several schedule changes. The service provider noticed a sticking valve and offered several options to address the issue. They performed the tune- up and inspection and promptly scheduled a follow up to address the valve and an additional requested service (installation of two drip lines for potted plants). When the worker showed up to perform the repair, he came prepared, on time and was very professional. He went beyond the call by noting that our rain sensor did not appear to be working and dug down to find out that the wires had been attached incorrectly upon installation and fixed it right away, demonstrating how it was done. I requested from the first tune-up provider some in put on their landscaping services, which they did not follow up on, however the sprinkler repair and follow up was excellent and I would use this provider again.

They were very punctual in arriving on time to meet with me. Estimate was a fair price based on other estimates. Very professional in contacts and presentation. Unfortunately the Board of Directors decided to go into another direction

I purchased the deal on Nov 7, 2015. After setting the appointment, they called and said Scott had a family emergency, and it would be the following week. I said ok. Scott visited the house on Nov 27th and looked over the yard. He took some pictures and said would be back the following Tuesday evening, and would call for a time. He even said could do the job before Christmas. No show the following Tuesday, with no call. I let it sit for a week or two, then called to ask status. They apologized for the lack of follow up, and rescheduled for 8 AM Jan 8th. I suggested after Holidays as people want time off. On Jan 8th, at 7:45 I received a call from Scott saying he needed to be at another job, and could not keep 8AM appointment. I suggested he call me when he gets time and I could meet him later that day. No call? I called back that evening and left a voice message to please call. No response. I called the office (very nice person who answers phone) and she again apologized for Scott's inability to show up, and would call me back. She never called back. I gave it a week. This last monday I left a message on the office phone that I was growing tired of no one showing up. I stated that unless someone calls me back within 24 hours, I was going to give a review, on Angieslist, and it would not be positive. I gave them until Wednesday, still no response; hence the review. I believe the money should be refunded as the work ($99 was for written landscape plans) was never done.

Scott arrived for the initial appointment and was pleasant, professional and informative. He listened to my concerns and then offered suggestions about plantings that would address those concerns. Jennifer called the next day to make an appointment for the work to begin. The workmen showed up on time and got to work immediately. They dug up the plants I wanted to dispose of, planted new things, trimmed the border plants and were finished within the day. There were a few minor adjustments that had to be made, and when I called Jennifer to tell her she had the crew out the next day to fix them. I am very happy with the results. Many neighbors have stopped by to comment on the look of my landscaping. I am pleased to recommend Pink and Green to them.

They arrived on time, and asked to go over some photos I sent after booking the service. I let them know, that I wanted to be sure they would be able to handle the job, so they asked me to send the photos of some of he trees I wanted taken care of. After viewing my photos, they said they could handle the job. Upon arrival, they looked over what they were going to do, and discussed with me and got started. Little did I know they had planned to only do what was sent on the photos, and not work the full 4 hours. Also, the work was not very good. One section of work was to level off some Ficus trees need our fence. It was even, and in some place entire portions of the tree remain going up 5 feet higher than the rest. Unfortunately, I was not feeling great that day, and did not have the chance to really inspect the work. They were all very friendly and informative, however, I do not believe that the job was worth the price, as I have been trying to fix the work since they have left.

My project came out beautiful. I can actually walk outside my home and have some pride. My curb appeal has skyrocketed! Scott knew exactly what would look good in the space I had available, he designed the perfect plan and his guys executed it to perfection. Their workers were very courteous and conscientious. Jennifer in the main office is wonderful, and a pleasure to deal with. Pink & Green promises a great product and they deliver. And they do it while providing great service as well.

The quality of the first 6 months was decent, but continued to slip over the next 6 months until I finally terminated the contract and looked elsewhere. The communication with me was poor, they didn't perform work as they said they had (sprinkler heads had not been fixed as they told me they had been) and the work was unsatisfactory. Edges and corners of lawn were gouged by mower, yard debris was not picked up and the condition of the lawn continued to worsen without any suggestions or action on their part.

I used them to cut my lawn for a little over a year. They just aren't very good at completing the service. I didn't mind paying them the higher price that they were charging me for the service as they were supposed to spray for weeds and trim my hedges as well. However it seems that those other items were only completed when we called to complain that they weren't being done or if we were here and told them they had to complete it. It was just to frustrating to continue using them.

We are extremely pleased with Pink & Green. They were very punctual and met at my convenience. We provided a lot of photos of new landscape we wanted and they helped us select plants appropriate for our yard. The installation was very efficient and they did a great job. I definitely recommend Pink and Green.

Pink and Green has been fantastic and seems to be a notch above all other companies I have worked with. I have not had any issues with them, but their customer service is so responsive and great at following up that I am confident if I ever have a problem, it will be addressed and resolved immediately.

I had my entire courtyard converted to a Zen Oasis. Pink & Green had to deal with installing a 750 lb Budha and install a 1500lb Water fountain feature. Not only was it done correctly but the crew cleaned up after them selves and left my yard looking as if no one was ever there and better....I will be using Pink & Green again for my upcoming Landscaping projects. I want to personally thank all involved Scott, Jennifer, Aaron and their amazing Landscaping crew.

It was alright. They came out probably soon after the purchase date. It was an excluded plan so I ended up paying more.

The professional crew, simultaneously edge, cut the grass, trim the bushes and blow all the debris into an area to take away along with any palm fronds. They always clean up beautifully in a fast efficient manner. They are the best at what they do.

I have a yard with big (very old) live oak trees, no grass, and lots of debris due to fallen branches and twigs. They came even though it was raining off and on. They did a good job and hauled everything away.

Everything went well. Except for a rain delay, all was one as scheduled. The crew that was sent out were great. They really did a wonderful job. I was not home, but my son was and they had him take pictures to send to me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction before planting. Needless to say, everything they did was perfect. Scott came out first and asked about what I wanted and he devised plants and design around my needs. So easy.

The Chris and Chris crew (4 total) did an excellent job cleaning up my yard of weeds(I hadn't done a very good job for the last 6 months), trimming bushes/trees(2 robellini palms,3 arecas,3 large jasmine, 1 yucca, bird of paradise, part of a traveller's palm) and laying mulch. Ryan previously gave me an estimate of 4hrs for a 4 man crew to complete all work. The crew arrived promptly at 8am and as asked, they conferred with me to provide direction and priorities. I had several items on the list that I asked to be done in case there was time. This crew was so quick they completed everything including laying the 10 bags of mulch I had (wish I would have had the other 14 bags needed to complete everything). They removed all debris and blew away any remaining small debris. They sprayed the very small weeds that couldn't be taken out by hand. Because of Karina and this crew I am giving Pink and Green an A-rating. I originally had an issue with the first crew (Thurs 11/19). Karina provided modified instructions to the crew that they were to be at my house first but they didn't read those instructions and didn't show up until 11:30am when they should have been there at 8am. Karina even told them to stop what they were doing and go to my house at 10am(my first call to Karina). The foreman tried to blame everything on the office and had somewhat of an attitude but when I phone Karina, she apologized and understood that I didn't want that crew to do the work. When I explained I needed this done before Thanksgiving, Karina schedule me again for 11/25 with a different crew. My neighbors have even commented that the front of my house this year looks like it was done by professionals(I usually do my own). Would definitely use again. Thank you, my Christmas decorations look great in front of my professionally trimmed landscaping.

I thought they sucked and they charged me too much. They charged me $69 to come out. My bill was $209 to change only heads. I have a guy who comes out for $80 for all of that. It is ridiculous. I paid them but I would never use them again or recommend them. Three heads at $209, I thought that was ridiculous! I called them on it and they don't do anything. The quality was not good, it was horrible. They didn't fix my problem. I had to get another company out. The area which I needed to be fixed, is now growing again. There was a certain area that I needed them to look at and it was not done to my satisfaction. They came out when they said they would and responded to my complaint about the charges. They were on time. They were professional but too expensive.
